Goozex is proud to announce its newest feature, the ability to use trade tokens to purchase shipping labels through the Goozex system. This provides considerable savings to all members and especially Feedback 500 members. This has the added benefit of simplifying the shipping process by cutting out all the extra steps of Credit Card numbers, Paypal, and other funding methods. Once you have a trade match, just go to the Goozex shipping page, apply your tokens and print, the system takes care of the rest.
As an added bonus, the markup for Goozex shipping labels has been reduced from $1 to $0.80. This reduction is a direct result of being able to use tokens to purchase labels. This cuts out many of the fees that Goozex previously paid its vendors for micro payments on individual label purchases. These savings are passed on to you, the customer. We hope in the future to be able to lower these fees even more.
The way it works is simple. If your shipping cost is $1.90, Goozex adds $0.80 to cover the vendor fees making your total $2.70. This will be rounded up and will result in a 3 token charge.
We are very exited to enable this new feature and even more exited to be able to offer substantial savings to those members in the Feedback 500 club. We hope this will drive more traders to reach that coveted Feedback 500 milestone and enjoy the additional savings.

We have some exciting news! On Thursday February 7th all token prices will go down to $0.99 a piece. All existing token balances will be doubled. So if you currently have 10 trade tokens you purchased at $1.99 a piece you will now have 20 trade tokens worth $0.99 a piece.
The new token prices are designed to offer greater flexibility in trade pricing by providing trades from $0.99 to $2.97. This will also set the stage for Goozex to offer new trade categories in the near future. Items that have a point value of 800 or less will only cost one trade token ($0.99). Items that have a point value between 850 and 1600 will cost two trade tokens ($1.98) and items with a point value greater than 1600 will cost 3 trade tokens ($2.97). Currently well over 80% of the items available in the database have a point value less then 1600. We expect the vast majority of traders to save with the new token re-pricing and be able to participate in the new categories that will be available for trading.
In addition, for the next 48 hours all tokens are 50% off. If you purchase a token today, it will cost you only $0.99 and next Thursday when the new pricing goes into effect those tokens will be included in the doubling of tokens. Buy 5 tokens today at $0.99 and next week you will have 10 tokens at $0.99.
Did you know that if you have a feedback score greater than 500 all your trade token purchases are discounted an additional 50%. This makes those trade token purchases only 50 cents. It does not get any better then this.
Start trading and get your feedback scores up so you can take advantage of the maximum discount and lower pricing!

We have great news! Point caps have been lifted so that your more popular games can now reflect their true value
No longer will a hot brand new game have the same point value as last year's hit. The new system will allow the newer more popular games to price beyond the old 1200 point cap limit. The new limit is now set at 2400. While most titles will never reach 2400 you can rest assured that now your hot new titles will be priced more in line with their true worth.
If you have been holding on to those new titles because they were not valued appropriately then now is the time to start trading them into the system and receive maximum points for their trade.

Mr. McCormick assumed office after the successful completion of the Goozex acquisition by Bay Acquisition Corp and the closing of the first phase of a planned $2 million private placement of the Company's common stock and warrants.
“I am excited to join Goozex and look forward to taking the Company to a new level in interactive entertainment.”
.Mr. McCormick has substantial experience in managing Web-based businesses oriented toward online communities. Since 2002, Mr. McCormick has been Chief Financial Officer of Activeworlds, Inc., a Web-based virtual community. From 1999 through 2002, Mr. McCormick was Chairman of Activeworlds Corp., which was, at that time, a NASDAQ listed company. Mr. McCormick is a graduate of Kent State University, Ohio.
"I am excited to join Goozex and look forward to taking the Company to a new level in interactive entertainment." Mr. McCormick said. "With over $17 billion dollars in sales the video game industry has become main stream in all households. With an average price tag of $50 per game users are discovering that their used games have an intrinsic monetary worth that can be used to trade for other games. This has traditionally has been done in retail venues like Gamestop where gamers receive very low trade in values. The Goozex trading model allows users to receive a much higher trading currency for their used games that they can use to acquire other games of much higher value. I believe this premise provides Goozex with an unparalleled opportunity at a piece of this multi-billion dollar industry. I look forward to building Goozex into a world class games trading organization."

College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game and movie trading community, publicly launched today its new Instant Match service for games and movies trading. The new Instant Match service is designed to offer an immediate trading experience for members and help users better access the wealth of the thousands of available games and movies on Goozex. The initial launch of the new service will have an updated user trading interface in the form of a pop-up when a member is adding games and movies to either their offers or requests queue.
The updated Instant Match user interface will be an updated pop-up that displays the current availability for any game and movie under specific shipping criteria. The shipping options are described as Full Package, Disc + Manual, and Disc Only. An immediate connection between a buyer and seller will be created for any given product item on Goozex when the “Instant Match” option is selected. “With the Instant Match feature, we’re able to stay true to our hassle-free service core value that compliments the huge library of games and movies on Goozex,” said Jonathan Dugan, COO and co-founder of Goozex. College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game trading community, publicly launched today its much anticipated movie trading service extension. The site now allows users to trade their Blu-Ray, DVD, HD-DVD and UMD films with other members, and receive other products for only $1. Trading movies on the hassle-free automatic Goozex trading system lets movie lovers get the most value for their collections and see many more films at little cost.
With over 130,000 movie titles supported in the different Blu-Ray, DVD, HD-DVD and UMD formats, movie trading will keep users' home libraries constantly filled with fresh and exciting films. In a Company estimate, members have already saved more than $4.8 million by using the Goozex online service compared to retail alternatives. By providing a similar service to users, trading movies on Goozex is expected to translate into even more significant savings.
Valerio Zanini, CEO at Goozex, sees the expansion into movie trading as meeting the demands of the company’s members. “We’re excited about launching such an important expansion to our trading system that really comes from what our users have been asking for since we launched the site in 2006. There is a strong correlation between video gamers and movie goers, and we expect the new movie trading service to quickly gain steam within our existing community. Goozex is recognized as the best in video game trading and our goal is to be number one for movies as well.”
Goozex holds no inventory of movies or games, and instead matches members who use their own home libraries across US and Canada to trade between themselves. Goozex charges customers only $1.00 for managing the transaction. The points pricing for the movies is similar to that of video games on the site, and is set by the company’s proprietary algorithm. Points on the Goozex system will be universal and can be used for trading either video games or movies.
Goozex movie trading is currently in beta release. Please visit the website for more information about movie trading here: http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/welcome.asp?fic=V

College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game trading community, announced that its members have saved an estimated $3.7 million on video game trades since the company launched its website in July 2006. In the last year alone, the Company estimates that members have saved $3.2 million, with an average savings of about $20 per trade when comparing to the cost of trade-ins at retail stores. Despite the recent difficult economic times, Goozex has seen trading activity increase over 200% during the last year, driven by word-of-mouth and Internet searching on ways to save money acquiring video games.
Goozex members appreciate getting the best value for their video games when they trade directly with other members. By skipping the middleman and avoiding the high fees usually associated with retail trade-ins, Goozex provides a higher value for games and allows members to trade using a hassle free and secure system. Goozex assigns a point value to each game using internal data for supply and demand. Members trade their games for points, and can then spend the points to request other games from other members. In the process, they spend only $1 for each transaction. The $1 fee plus minimal shipping costs is all what users need to spend to get games on Goozex.
Goozex figures are based on the average amount saved by members when trading their video games on Goozex.com as opposed to trade-ins at traditional used video game retail stores. Goozex estimates that on average consumers incur a $20 out-of-pocket expense after trading-in a game and purchasing another used game of equal value at retail. Conversely, Goozex members save $16.50 per game trade, after subtracting the costs of mailing and the $1 transaction fee from the $20 lost in trade-ins at used game retailers.
“Goozex was born from the game consumer point-of-view to get a fair deal on games and save money on getting other games,” CEO Valerio Zanini said. “It only takes a few trades to see that you’ve just saved a lot of money on Goozex and that you can put that money towards other things in your life without giving up your gaming hobby. The dramatic increase in trading activity in the last year has been fueled, in part, by the economic downturn the country has been facing. People are looking for ways to save money and Goozex has become a perfect solution for them to get a great value on their games and save money getting other games.”

College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game trading community, announced today the company’s release of new electronic gift cards for the Holiday season. The Goozex Gift Cards are sold exclusively on the website and are aimed for game players that may have missed out on great games released in the past year or two. With over 9,500 unique titles available on Goozex, gift card recipients have instant access to one of the largest libraries of video games in the world. The Goozex Gift Cards make an excellent last minute Holiday shopping gift for the video game enthusiast.
Video game consumers are burdened with the high price of games and many cannot budget to play every newly released title in a given year. A gamer that receives the Goozex Gift Card will be able to catch-up and play many of the great titles they may have missed and are hard to find in local retail stores. Goozex has a great supply of these games because many video game consumers agree to trade them on Goozex.com versus local game stores because of the fair market trade values they will receive. For example, someone that trades Super Mario Galaxy for the Nintendo Wii will receive $35.00 worth of Goozex points versus the $10-$15 trade-in value they would otherwise receive at a local used game shop.
Goozex Gift Cards are sold in several different Goozex points and trade credit combinations. Goozex points are the virtual currency used on the game trading site and trade credits are the fees paid to receive games. The cards are given to recipients either electronically via email or can be printed. Gift card values range from $5.00 to $270.00 to satisfy the different types of gamers. To view all available gift card value options please visit the Goozex Gift Card page here: Buy Gift Cards
“Our members are passionate about gaming and one of the things they love to do is find and play great titles that they may have missed,” said Jonathan Dugan, co-founder of Goozex. Jonathan continued, “In some months there are three or more games released that a consumer wants, but can only afford to buy one of them. We’ve seen that once the gamer plays through that one game they’ll trade it back out on Goozex, and request the other games they missed out on. For those looking for a last minute gift idea, the Goozex Gift Cards are a great way to share that catch-up and play experience so many of our members do on a regular basis.”

About Comfort for America’s Uniformed Services (Cause)
Cause was founded in March 2003 by four West Point graduates who served in Vietnam. Cause began its outreach by providing personal care items and clothing to wounded soldiers arriving at Walter Reed from the battlefields of Iraq and Afghanistan.
Today, Cause recreation and entertainment programs reach thousands of injured service men and women facing months of medical care and rehabilitation far from home and family. These programs are designed to bring a bit of relaxation and fun into what are, for many, very challenging circumstances. But they also serve a much more serious purpose: that of helping wounded warriors begin the normalization process and the re-entry to home and community as they take their long journey back to health.

GOOZEX RECEIVES BEST GAME TRADING WEBSITE AWARD
Cheapassgamer Members Vote For Goozex In Landslide Victory
College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game trading community, announced that it received the Cheapy Award for the Best Game Trading Website category. Goozex received over 78% of the votes in its group from participating Cheap Ass Gamer (CAG) members. Below is the official CAG statement regarding the award:
“Goozex's original take on video game trading won them the admiration of many CAG traders and one of the biggest landslide victories in this year's Cheapy Awards.
Instead of swapping directly with other users, Goozex traders trade their games for Goozex Points, and then use those points to get other games from other Goozex users. Although the system may seem unorthodox, it clearly works well for the CAG community.”
This is the first year the Best Game Trading Website category has been open to voting by CAG members. The 5th Annual Cheapy Awards recognizes the best (and worst) in video game consumer sites and stores.
“In many ways this is the best award Goozex can receive because it is a validation by members who use our services,” said Mark Nebesky, co-founder and CMO of Goozex. Mark continued “Receiving 78% in the voting contest is an amazing achievement that we are extremely proud of. We believe Goozex has struck a chord with gamers by offering a hassle free service where members can preserve the value of their games and get other games for practically next-to-nothing. We also take great measures to listen to our customers and exceed their demands on the operations of Goozex.”

FREE GAME TRADES ON GOOZEX FOR THE MONTH OF MARCH
Goozex Experiences Enormous Growth In Recent Months
College Park, Md. – Goozex, Inc., the leading online video game trading community, announced that for the entire month of March all trades will be free. The standard $1.00 trading fee will be waived and members will only need the appropriate amount of Goozex points to acquire games. The company is giving free trades to its members to thank them for their loyalty and word-of-mouth endorsements of Goozex resulting in dramatic user and trading activity growth.
The Goozex trading system is based on giving members a fair market value for their video games. To do this, the system finds a match with other members so that you can directly trade your game with someone. The fair market value of video games on the website is represented by Goozex points, which range in value from $5.00 to $50.00. To acquire a game, a member needs the appropriate amount of points plus one trade credit valued at $1.00. This one trade credit has been waived for the month of March.
Once a game trade has occurred, Goozex points are transferred from the buyer to the seller. The member that has just received Goozex points can use them to trade for any game they choose. Currently there are over 7,500 unique titles available on the Goozex trading system. The entire Goozex inventory of games is user generated on a peer-to-peer network, and makes it one of the largest on the Internet today.
“We have just experience enormous user growth and we are trading at the highest levels yet,” said Mark Nebesky, CMO & Co-Founder of Goozex. Mark continued “We wanted to give back to our community of gamers and offer free trades. This has always been a member favorite and we felt now a great time to run with free trades. We expect our trading activity to reach a higher rate than ever before by the end of March.”

College Park, MD - May 10, 2007 - Goozex, Inc. won the second annual Cupid's Cup Competition sponsored by Under Armour's Chief Executive and Founder, Kevin Plank. The company was recognized for its innovative online video game trading service that connects thousands of users across North America.
Cupid's Cup got its name from one of Kevin Plank's early entrepreneurial ventures, a rose sale business called Cupid's Valentine that sold roses to University of Maryland students on Valentine's Day. This small business earned him over $20,000 during his four years at UM and helped fund his ultimate entrepreneurial venture, Under Armour. The event was hosted by the Dingman Center for Entrepreneurship at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland.
Goozex won the first place prize of $15,000 and committed to use the money in supporting the company's rapid growth within the used video game market. Before announcing Goozex as the winner of Cupid's Cup, Plank joked "Spend wisely with that money. I'm telling you, it's a lot of money - what I would have given for it when I was in your situation."
The Goozex business plan presented at Cupid's Cup revolves around trading video games online on an award winning peer-to-multi-peer system. The Goozex system is designed to directly connect members across North America and allow them to swap video games for points and use the points to request other games. Goozex points are proportional to the fair market value of each game in the used market and Goozex members pay only $1.00 for each trade. The end result is that members can save hundreds of dollars a year by trading on a nationwide online community. Goozex supports all major gaming platforms including Xbox 360, PlayStation 2, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, PC Games, Mac Games and more.
"It's a great honor and validation to be recognized by Kevin Plank, founder of one of the most recognizable brands in the world," Valerio Zanini, CEO of Goozex commented. "The importance of winning this competition goes far beyond the prize by showing just how huge the potential is for Goozex. People want to be connected together to swap games and skip the middle man market that gives unfair trade-in values. This is proven hundreds of times a day on Goozex."

COLLEGE PARK, MD - April 24, 2007 - Goozex, Inc. a leading video game trading community, has announced the addition of Apple Mac games to its trading service. Goozex is the only video game trading platform to offer Mac owners the ability to trade Mac games.
Goozex.com's introduction of Mac games signals the company's recognition of the high potential growth in the niche market of Apple gaming. According to Apple's 2006 Annual Report, the company had 2.4 million American Macintosh unit sales in 2006, or $7.4 billion in personal computing revenue. Macintosh unit sales and revenue had an 11% and 18% annual increase in North America, respectively. Goozex expects Apple's Mac products, and Mac published games, sales to continue to rapidly grow at this rate.
"The whole idea behind Goozex.com is to give gamers easier and cheaper access to games for all platforms," said Jon Dugan, Founder and COO of Goozex, Inc. "We are adding Mac games to position ourselves in what we believe will be a rapidly growing gaming segment. Apple has traditionally held a small but vibrant personal computing niche, and it has been gaining market share at such a fast rate that we think Mac games can be a dynamic source of growth for Goozex."
As the only video game trading service that supports Mac games, Goozex aims to provide the Mac community access to more games at a lower cost and to create a sense of community amongst Mac gamers. Apple Mac users can now open a free account on Goozex.com and start trading their games using Goozex's peer-to-multi-peer service at a cost of only $1 per game. Goozex is also offering a coupon (enter code: "Mac-Trader") that gives Mac users a head start on trading -- five free trade credits and 100 bonus points.
Goozex's new Mac video game trading service is offered throughout North America.

COLLEGE PARK, MD - September 15, 2006 - Goozex, Inc. launched today the new Matrix MatchTM internal mailing system that provides its members the flexibility to choose how they send and receive video games.
This is the second in a series of major upgrades to meet growing customer demands. Matrix MatchTM provides one of three options for both the buyer and seller to select on Goozex. The first choice is the original mailing option to send the original game disc only. The second selection is to send or receive the original disc plus its accompanied game play manual. Finally, the third option is to choose to send or receive the full package, which includes the original game disc, manual and case.
Each option has different shipping costs and benefits involved. Selecting the disc only option to send is the least expensive and a printable mailer for this selection is provided by Goozex.
However, the fastest way a sender can be matched and send a game is to ship a full package that has a USPS media mailer postage cost of $1.59.
Conversely, the fastest way for a buyer to be matched and receive a game is to choose to receive the disc only option. These two scenarios can match with any type of seller or buyer. An illustrative diagram of Matrix MatchTM will be provided in the FAQ section of the Goozex website.
"We've seen a lot of our members demand getting not only the video game disc, but also the manual and case," said Jonathan Dugan, co-founder and COO of Goozex. Mr. Dugan continued, "We also needed to balance the increased costs the sender will incur with some type of initiative to take that extra step. We also didn't want increase our $1 transaction fee with an increased cost structure, and we believe that Matrix Match™ finds the right balance for our users. We already know that a lot of our members have already taken the initiative to send the complete game package, and now we want to make that more streamlined. This has been a 100 percent user driven initiative'.

(released: September 15, 2006)
COLLEGE PARK, MD - September 1, 2006 - Goozex, Inc. launched today a series of expected platform upgrades to meet growing customer demands. The first upgrade released today is the extension of cross-platform trading lines. For the first time, Goozex is entering the portable gaming market by allowing users to trade their Sony Playstation Portable (PSP), Nintendo Dual Screen (DS), and Nintendo Game Boy Advance (GBA) games. Goozex expects the portable gaming market to grow as manufacturers continue to release new models and more software titles are published. The NPD Group, in its 2004 annual video game industry report, stated that sales of portable games and devices accounted for just over 10 percent, or $1 billion, of total video game retail sales. Portable game software experienced a 13 percent growth from the previous year. Goozex expects portable gaming to continue with its rapid growth.
Extending the trading lines into portable games is part of the company's effort to provide prompt customer service and satisfaction. Maintaining high customer satisfaction is a priority within Goozex leadership, and user feedback is regularly recorded and analyzed. Jon Dugan, co-founder and COO, stated that "we not only listen to what our members are saying but we become proactive about their suggestions for improvements. The first thing we do is figure out if we can implement something without raising our low $1.00 fee." Mr. Dugan continued to say that "the second thing we do is assess the strategic value of changing the website. We take into account what our competitors are or are not doing, how it will affect our branding, and what possible partnerships can be generated with the changes. When it comes to portable games, we're very excited about the growth potential and expanding the Goozex member experience to be diverse and really a one-stop-shop for trading video games."
Goozex is continuing to keep the dialogue open with its members by introducing a new Updates Page that will detail future site changes. On the horizon is another customer driven initiative regarding mailing options. Goozex expects to launch the Matrix Match (TM) on September 15, 2006.

COLLEGE PARK, MD - August 21, 2006 - Goozex, Inc. continues to provide its customers a renewed life and value for their used video game inventories. Goozex members, some of whom have long strayed away from the hassles of online auctioneers and unfair valuations at trade-in retailers, are trading heavily on the company's online platform. Traded games are given values in the form of online Goozex points that accurately reflect the used video game market.
The point system that Goozex developed is designed to give a fair market value to maximize a user's home library of video games. The points are heavily dependent on real-time data gathered from strategic sources and partnerships on the internet. Furthermore, the dynamic point system is a cornerstone in the value proposition Goozex gives its customers. The points range from 100 to 1,000 in increments of 50, and 100 points equal $5 in resale values at most retailers. "Our system is designed to give one of our members the incentive to trade in his Halo 2 so that he can get another game of equal value," said Valerio Zanini, CEO of Goozex. Mr. Zanini continued by saying that "we want our members, as both senders and receivers, to trust that they are getting a fair trade. Unlike other services, our members do not have to negotiate prices or place bids hoping that they're not out bid at the last moment."
Goozex members acquire points for games they trade and send to other members. Those points are then used to acquire other games from other users that they are matched with across America. Furthermore, customers only pay $1 per transaction giving them virtually the best value for their used game. Customers can literally replace their entire video game library of conquered games for only a few dollars. As the system and user base grows, so will the library of games available to trade. Entering into its second month of operation, Goozex has experienced dramatic customer growth rates that increase each day.

COLLEGE PARK, MD - August 8, 2006 - Goozex, Inc. has launched a new promotion aimed at benefiting the strong gaming community in the US armed forces. Goozex is a new online trading system for used video games. It allows gamers to maximize the value of their used game inventory by trading their old games for new ones, at a cost of only $1 per transaction.
Goozex users accumulate points for every game they send out, and in turn, they can use those points to acquire other games from other users. The Goozex system matches demand and supply automatically, using a fair point value system.
As an added benefit, current active duty military members who sign up with their .mil email account will receive a bonus of 3 free trades and 200 Goozex points. "We want to give a special opportunity to our friends in the military by allowing them to sign-up and essentially get a free video game with this coupon," said Valerio Zanini, CEO and Co-Founder of Goozex, Inc. "We believe that Goozex is an attractive service for military personnel because it provides an easy and affordable way for them to get new games no matter where they are stationed in the world" Mr. Zanini added.
The Goozex team has a strong personal connection to the military and is proud to support their troops. Family members and friends of Valerio Zanini, Jon Dugan and Mark Nebesky span across all military branches. Later in 2006, Mr. Zanini will be moving with his wife to Jacksonville, FL where she will continue her 8 year career as a Naval Officer. Mr. Zanini - a reserve officer himself - will continue to run Goozex from their new duty station. Both Mr. Dugan and Mr. Nebesky are continuing to reach out through friends in the military to support activities at the Bethesda Naval Hospital and bases in Iraq and Afghanistan.
U.S. service members can find the above-mentioned coupon on the Goozex website, on Military.com, in local Washington, D.C. area military bases and hospitals, and military-oriented online communities. The company plans to extend its reach into the military community through traditional press publications and direct marketing activities.
