3 Receive Games	Request games: Add games to your Request list: all you need is enough points and trade credits to receive the games in your list! Goozex will notify you automatically when a game is shipped to you.

What's the difference between Goozex Points, and Goozex Trade Credits?

• Points are the internal currency of Goozex. They are used to assign value to any video game on the network.
• A trade credit is what allows you to process a trade through the Goozex network.

You can purchase points and trade credits from Goozex through the "My Account" section of the website!

You earn Points by sending games from your "My Offers" section on Goozex or by purchasing them from Goozex.

Feedback history provides a detailed history of traders' experiences/results on Goozex. The higher the feedback score the higher the number of open trades each user can have at the same time. Also, a higher feedback score reduces the waiting time to have points transferred from the Goozex escrow account to the user's.

You can use the Private Messaging system to write users with any questions or comments!

When a game on your request and offers list is Active, it means that your game is currently waiting to be matched.

Use the Hold feature on games that you want to hold onto for a while or to organize your request list. All your games will maintain their position in the queues.

We suggest you activate Vacation Mode when you are away from your computer for an extended period. All your games will maintain their position in the queues.

Take advantage of the advanced search option when browsing for a specific game!

Goozex accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal as methods of payment.

Matrix Match^TM is a system design that allows you to choose how you want to ship and receive games. There are three options for both your offers and requests:

1) Send/Receive Disc Only 2) Send/Receive Disc + Manual 3) Send/Receive Full Package (Disc + Manual + Case)

For an Offer: Option "Full Package" is fastest option to send out games and get points.

For a Request: Option "Disc Only" is fastest option to be matched and get games.
