On Goozex.com you can order Gift Cards and have them sent directly to a receiver's email or print it as that special gift!
If you'd like to purchase a Goozex gift card please add the gift cards of selected dollar values to your Shopping Cart.
You will need to provide a credit card, debit card, or other valid payment method to pay for the order if you have gift cards in your shopping cart. You cannot use a Gift Card to pay for Gift Cards.
Ordering Gift Cards
1. Visit our Gift Cards page.
2. Choose the desired gift card amount, and add it to the Shopping Cart.
3. Check out and pay with your favorite method (credit card or Paypal). Once payment is completed, return to Goozex.
4. Add a personalized message, and recipient's information (Email Address) if you want to send via email. Otherwise, print your Gift Card certificate on paper.
5. Select to receive a copy of the Gift Card email in cc: if you wish so.
6. Click the "Send" button to send the Gift Card via email.
First, locate your claim code on the e-mail or paper gift card you received.
You can redeem the gift card to your account:
1. Go to the Redeem a Gift Card page.
2. Enter your claim code.
3. Click "Redeem Gift Card!". Your funds will automatically be applied to your account.
Please note: you must be a registered user on Goozex, and log in on Goozex.com to redeem any valid Gift Card.
After you purchase a Gift Card you will receive a purchase confirmation email from Goozex: this is NOT your Gift Card email.
To receive (or send to an intended recipient) the Gift Card via email you will need to follow these steps:
- If not logged in, log in on Goozex.com
- Go to the Gift Card tracking page: you will see the list of all Gift Cards you have purchased and their status
- Select the "Send Gift Card now" button for the Gift Card you are interested in (or the "resend..." button if previously sent to a different recipient)
- Enter the recipient's email address and press the button "Send Gift Card!"
You or your intended recipient will receive the Gift Card email within the next 15 minutes. The email will contain information on how to redeem the Gift Card.
If you still don't receive the email, there may be a problem with the email address you specified or with your email client: please make sure the email address is correct, and that your spam filter is not preventing emails from Goozex.com to be delivered to your address. You may resend the email if necessary by following the steps above.
E-mail gift cards generally arrive within 15 minutes of being ordered. Currently, you cannot send an e-card with your gift card or schedule delivery for a future date. If you need to, you can print your Goozex.com gift card from the confirmation e-mail you receive (when you add yourself in Cc: to the Gift Card email).
You can re-send an email Gift Card at any time by visiting the "Gift Card tracking" page (also accessible from your My Account page).
Print at Home gift cards: You can print your Goozex.com gift card immediately after purchase, or from the confirmation e-mail you receive (when you add yourself in Cc: to the Gift Card email). Printable gift cards are available to print shortly after we process your payment.
You can re-print a Print at Home gift card at any time by visiting the "Gift Card tracking" page (also accessible from your My Account page).
You can re-send an email Gift Card, or ask the original sender to send it again to you, at any time by visiting the "Gift Card tracking" page (also accessible from your My Account page).
If you still have trouble receiving a copy of the Gift Card, please contact us with the following information:
Order number (if possible)
Giver's name and/or Goozex nickname
Giver's email address
Recipient's name
E-mail address to which the gift card was sent
We'll contact you by e-mail once we have verified the status of your Gift Card.
