SHIPPING Goozex recommends that you ship your items in a standard bubble mailer for maximum protection. The mailer can be purchased at grocery, drug, office and other similar retail stores.
When you accept to trade your item with another member, Goozex will provide you the recipient's address and the possibility to print a shipping label. Just glue the shipping label on the envelope, or manually write the address on it. You can use our own corporate address to protect your personal address if you don't wish to reveal it to the recipient.
Goozex recommends using delivery confirmation on all shipments. This will protect you as a seller in the remote occurrence that the buyer provides negative feedback for item not received.
If you are sending the complete package USPS charges about $1.61 - $2.52. However, shipping rates vary depending on the weight of the shipment and if you are shipping internationally.
If you ship your item abroad, make sure to obey international shipping regulations and include a custom slip with your item. Remember to specify the value of your item as a used game or movie.
Shipping Policy:
- No defective games or movies please! Please be sure that the items you ship are undamaged and playable. Be certain that there are no skips or pauses during playback.
- Absolutely NO copied or burned items!! Goozex does not accept nor support any copied games, movies or any item that violates copyright rights of its publisher. Goozex members must ship the original copy of the item to receive full credit of points and positive feedback. Members that are caught shipping copied versions of games/movies to users will have their account suspended indefinitely.
- Ship swiftly please! Users who request your items are customers just like you. Please ship items quickly and appropriately so that other members are happy and you improve your feedback rating. Remember that you can receive more of the items that you request at a faster pace with a higher feedback rating.
Rules for all products (also apply to items that are considered a bundle, collector's edition, special edition, limited edition, bonus edition, etc.):
- Full Package: Item shipped must include ALL original content that was present at the time of original purchase (case, insert, manual, discs, accessories, maps, etc.).
- Disc & Manual: Item shipped must include ALL of the disc(s) & manual, and all original content that affects the playability of the game. Case is optional.
- Disc Only: Item shipped must include ALL of the disc(s) and all original content that affects the playability of the game . Case & manual are optional.

Note: It is the seller's responsibility to ensure all items are present prior to accepting/committing to ship. We also recommend taking a picture with your Goozex nickname, date/time stamped, to help provide proof of the condition and contents of your package prior to shipping.

When trading an item that contains DLC, or a one-time use code, it is expected that the access has expired at the time of trading. Users shall not expect unused access codes when trading on Goozex.
EA SPORTS™ Online Pass gives you full access to online features and bonus content. The code is located on the back of the game's manual cover, and is a single-use code that must be redeemed manually (so there may be some used items that have an active code available!).

When one of your items is requested for trade by another member, Goozex will notify you to accept the trade or keep the item. No, you are not required to ship a item when it is requested from you. However we strongly encourage you to post only the items that you are willing to trade, and put all others "On Hold" or in "My Stash".
If one of the items you have posted for trade is selected for a trade by Goozex, you will have the choice to either accept the trade or
delay/decline it. If you delay the trade, the item will be put back in queue at the date you specify.
If you decline the trade, the item will be removed from your list.
If you want to keep a item in the queue but are not ready to trade it yet, remember to put it in "On Hold" state: Goozex will wait for you to activate the item before selecting it for a trade.
Goozex recommends using a padded envelope (e.g. bubble mailer) for all shipments.
We recommend using a "disc saver" inside the paper mailer, for additional protection (disc savers can be found at several retailers, and online at C-Shell or Merit Line).
Once the item is safely wrapped and sealed, affix the correct postage and place it in the nearest USPS box to be sent out. It is the seller's responsibility to ship any cartridge or hand-held games with sufficient protection. Shipping in a paper letter envelope is inexcusable as it provides no protection during shipment.
All down-loadable items that are offered must be unused/original copies of the item. Used codes and friend sharing programs are prohibited when trading these items. Any violation of this policy could result in negative feedback score as item not received. Items that are matched under correct condition should either be Private Messaged to the user or the actual physical product mailed, ie: Game Code Cards.
Members are required to ship all discs needed for installation, gameplay or playback. If members do not send all discs, then the sender may be treated as not sending the item at all.
You should send your items as soon as possible. When you accept a trade, you can specify the maximum amount of time it will take you to ship the item: 24 or 72 hours. The buyer will be notified.
Remember that the buyer has a maximum waiting time (2 weeks for Domestic, and 3 weeks for International) before reporting feedback on the trade. You may want to ship the item as soon as possible to make sure the buyer gets the item in time.
When shipping items abroad, remember that international packages may incur additional delays.
Yes, when sending another member your items, you are asked to provide sufficient postage on your mailings. We also recommend using delivery confirmation on all packages.
When you select to send a game to another member, Goozex will show the recipient's address on your screen so that you can write it down on your envelope. Be sure to include the recipient's complete mailing address, the Goozex, Inc. return address and the appropriate postage before sending the item.
After you agree to ship an item you are asked if you'd like print a shipping label for the package. This is a pre-paid shipping label that you can print from Goozex, attach to your package, and use to mail it without going to the post office!
If you choose to print a shipping label, you are given the pre-determined Goozex shipping cost based on an estimated weight. Goozex at the moment has weight information for most of the products, and we continually add on top of that.
Next, choose your payment method: Credit Card or PayPal. After making the payment you can then print your new postage label, apply it to your mailer and simply drop it off in any mailbox! The printed postage label is 4 by 6 inches, fitting the most common mailers.
In order to qualify for the upfront Points using the Goozex shipping label you must have completed at least 4 trades with positive feedback using a Goozex shipping label.
The cost of shipping packages via USPS is determined on the overall package weight, distance from buyer to seller, and type of postage (first class vs. priority). Goozex has weight information for most of the products, and is continually adding on top of that.
Goozex is working with third party vendors to provide this service and there is a small service fee to help cover Goozex expenses to deliver shipping labels to you. We believe that you will find the Goozex automatic shipping labels to be a great convenience, saving you time and money. No longer do you have to drive to the Post Office and wait in long lines to ship that game or movie out.

If you have already purchased your label and a buyer sends you a notice for cancellation, please notify him of this warning. No trades will be canceled after shipping labels are purchased via Goozex.
