My Bio

Hi Goozers! My name is Jon and I am one of the founders of Goozex. Im 23 years old and born and raised here in Maryland. I went to the University of Maryland (Go Terps) and love my Redskins, Caps, Wizards and sadly O's. I love gaming and my all-time favorites for consoles are Contra, Altered Beast and Golden Axe, then we have Rise of the triad and Total Annihilation for PC, (although Space Goast on my apple IIgs was sicko). Hey I emailed payments@goozex.com regarding a customer support issue I had 5 days ago. I havn't heard anything back yet. Was this the right email address?

Im trying to cancel a trade, i have sold a guy mario party 7 for gamecube and he PMed me asking for a mic, this game never came with a mic, and i need to cancel the trade and give him back his points. i think the game is 400 points and i have enough points to pay him back, i already confirmed shipped when i got his PM asking about a mic. can you cancel the trade and give him the points?
