I 've never mailed a package before so I really have no idea how to go about mailing one. Do I just go into the post office with a game and get a mailer and everything there or is there more I have to do? Also is there any way to bypass the post office altogether because mine is kinda far away.

This is my first time mailing something on my own. Am I required to mail item through the post office, or can i drop it off at the mailbox?

I recieved a game from the US (I'm in Canada) It was hand delivered to my house and I had to pay duties on it. ($9) How often does this happen? I'm not complaining about the sender, amazing trade the game was sealed and sent fast. But it basically made the trade useless as I can get the game...
