This just happened to me. I sent a game out 2 weeks ago and the guy says he still hasn't received it. So he slaps me with a Neg feedback. I suppose its possible it was never delivered, but that its fishy. My point is... always get delivery confirmation. Thanks!

I've been looking around for an answer to this question but I haven't quite found the answer I'm looking for so I'll just create a post here. I was curious if I send a game out WITH delivery confirmation and enter that data into Goozex, what happens if the recipient never leaves feedback...

I'm newly active. I got a request to send a game and I did. I got delivery confirmation and i want to send the tracking number to the person to whom i traded it, but I can't seem to find where I can look up that information. I can find my points and it shows I have points pending the completion...

I think it's funny that I ran into the exact same problem with the exact same user on CAG. He mentioned he has had difficulty in having items shipped to him on Goozex as well. When I went to Google his address, this is the first page (and only page) that came up. Odd... Puerto Rico is usually treated...

First of all, you will need to change your settings to allow you to trade with Candadians (under "My Account", "Set Trading Region", and make sure you have the check box beside Canada checked.) Follow this link to do so as well: http://www.goozex.com/trading/asp/myaccount_tradingcountries...
