I had a little bit of drama with something I sent, due to an apparent website glitch and Canada Post&#39;s slowness, but Creatures 3 finally made it to its destination.</p> <p>My only complaint so far about Goozex lies with their inability to respond to concerns, particularly regarding payments. It took payments@goozex.com nearly 2 weeks to respond to something they should have fired off an auto-reply to in 24 hours. I finally gave up and resolved the issue myself in less than a week&#39;s time. </p> <p>It&#39;s just stupid - I missed out on a trade because they couldn&#39;t or wouldn&#39;t get back to me.
