I had a little bit of drama with something I sent, due to an apparent website glitch and Canada Post&amp;#39;s slowness, but Creatures 3 finally made it to its destination.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My only complaint so far about Goozex lies with their inability to respond to concerns, particularly regarding payments. It took payments@goozex.com nearly 2 weeks to respond to something they should have fired off an auto-reply to in 24 hours. I finally gave up and resolved the issue myself in less than a week&amp;#39;s time. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#39;s just stupid - I missed out on a trade because they couldn&amp;#39;t or wouldn&amp;#39;t get back to me.
