Portable FAQ

• Gift cards from other stores (Best Buy, Amazon, etc) can not be used to by Goozex Points.  I'm not sure why you'd think they could...
• Points earned via Movies/Games are one in the same.  You can use movies to earn points for games, and vice versa, they all come from the same pool.
• Digital Copies included in DVD/BD movie sets are NOT REQUIRED.  You can still list Full Package.  Why?  Digi Copies fall under DLC rules, and even if you were to get a new, sealed copy, many digi copies expire in exactly 1 year from the release date, so the code STILL may be no good.
• Trades now close after 15 days (domestic) or 21 days (international).  Be sure to be timely in your shipments as well as in your feedback reports.
• The SEARCH function is IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER, and it's FREE TO USE.  Abuse this privilege.
• THE 100 POINT BONUS FOR REFERRING NEW MEMBERS IS OVER!!!  IT HAS BEEN!!! FOR MONTHS!!!
• EDIT button: Hiding under More in the upper right corner of your posts.
• Games that continue to trade heavily will maintain their higher point value, regardless of retail price.
• Feedback is AUTO-MAGICALLY left Positive for you after 15 days if the buyer does not provide it themselves.
• New games release at 12am Central.  If you want a new game, be prepared to stay up and mash your browsers refresh key to get it.
• If your game gets Returned to Sender to Goozex, you'll get credit for it.
• There isn't going to be a Disc + Case option; mark it as Disc Only and be smart by sending it in its protective case.
• When your Feedback score is greater than 20 (21 or more), you'll get points instantly upon trade acceptance.
• Speaking of getting your points, even if you're in the waiting phase for points, once the trade is complete, you get them instantly.  Check your Wants Queue to see if you were matched for a game you now have points for rather than thinking you were stolen from when you find them 'missing'.
• Shipping costs are paid for by the 'seller' of the game.  Buyers are only liable for a trade token (and the points of course); the token being a sort of 'fee' for the Goozex service.
• If you have a problem with your trade and want to leave negative feedback, do it BEFORE the 15 day window closes.  Your fault otherwise.
• If you've sent out a game with DC and it has arrived without receiving feedback, send a polite PM to the user after a few days.
• You can't send trade tokens or credits to your friends, deal with it.
• On Q&A threads, pages past the first are difficult to get to/broken.  Use the Latest Post button.
• There is no direct trading on Goozex.  It's far better without it.
• And remember, when dealing with Goozex, remember the wise words of Eaglethorn: "Patients is of virtue..."
