The game I requested found a seller sometime in September. The seller reported sending the game, again, sometime in September. Not recieving the game after a number of weeks, I sent the seller a note asking about the game, he did not reply but sent another confirmation of sending the game on October 20th. After, again, not recieving the game I noted him once more, he replied with "If you dont recieve it I'll send another package", but before I could report negative feedback, the trade was closed by the system.

So I am not here without 400 points, one less trade credit, no game, and this jerk is now not replying to any further notes and I can't even give him negative feedback.

I've already sent an e-mail to goozex MORE than 48 hours ago (and they haven't replied)

Please help

You did the right thing in e-mailing Goozex, it's the best way to have the issue corrected at this time.  Did you e-mail feedback@goozex.com or help@goozex.com?  I'd suggest using feedback@goozex.com and be as descriptive as possible: include your and other traders account names, game in question, date feedback was closed and as much information on the issue as possible.  They will need to assist you further to review the trade and hopefully reverse the feedback.

To prevent this kind of issue from ever happening again if a similar issue happens: leave negative feedback before the trade closes.  If you are running close to the time the trade would auto-close (15 days for domestic trades) and even if the other trader give you assurances that the game is being sent out - leave negative feedback unless you have the game in hand.  If the game shows up late, it's very easy to update the feedback from a negative to a positive compared to getting Goozex to review a closed trade.  Keep an eye on how many days are left to go on a trade and check for notifications in your e-mail that warn you the trade will close soon.

Hopefully this all gets worked out for you shortly.

Hello Hatefarron,

Thank you for contacting Goozex, and we apologize for the delay.  You should have received a response to your email that you can disregard as you have been fully refunded for that transaction, with your original queue position reinstated for that request.  Please remember, as a buyer you receive 2 email reminders to report feedback before the system automatically closes the transaction and awards the seller with permanent, non-adjustable, positive feedback.  We think you may not be receiving our email correspondence, so we ask that you double-check your spam settings and make sure that the goozex accounts are not black-listed by your ISP for any reason.  Happy Trading!

Judging by the Seller's Feedback. That User has been playing the system timing out game. You unfortunately fell prey of it. I hope Goozex team fix things up for ya.  I serously hope Goozex do something about that Seller. His FEEDBACK proves he's been playing the WAITING GAME!

Good luck

Curse those seller who scam members! Curse them all.

Goozex gives plenty of time for a game to arrive. If nothing arrives by then, that is a negative transaction in my book.

I'm currently having a similar problem.  Bought a game that was supposedly shipped out 11 days ago, but I still haven't received it, and the seller won't respond to my pm's.  I don't like leaving negative feedback, but it looks like I may be forced to very soon.

If you don't get it, its a negative.  Don't feel bad about leaving one, especially in a case where its been 13 or 14 days.  If the user hasn't mailed it out by then, its their fault, they should contact you or answer your PMs,  and you shouldn't have to jump through hoops cause of it.

I'm not sure if e-mailing was such a great action to take, seeing as how I haven't even recieved a reply from them either! I sent two e-mails to info and one to help, each containing sufficient amounts of information to remedy my problem, however goozex has not replied to anything, and nothing reguarding this has changed. I sent one e-mail more than a week ago, and I was sent an automatic reply saying it would be addressed within 48 hours. The next e-mails I sent were more than a couple of days ago together.

If they did reply saying nothing could be done, I would understandably be angered, but I would accept having a concrete reply. This is rediculous.

Funny, they haven't replied yet, and nothing's changed.
