You can email feedback@goozex.com and explain the situation, but as mentioned above it's your responsibility to leave a negative if the game is not receieved.

It says you joined the site on September 7th...therefore..it couldn't have been 50 days so get the numbers right.
Also, you should have read the How To thread and fully understood the trading guidelines to know if you don't receive a game after 20 dyas to leave negative feedback and have your points refunded. This site is not a scam, you simply just did not understand how to use it nor care to find out.

You should call Goozex on the phone and ask them why they didn't send the reminder emails like they do for everyone else that hasn't left feedback as the deadline approaches.
