I wouldn't worry. To be honest this happens a lot. In fact, spookily enough one of my last trades which was cleared by the system was from someone who lives close to me. This guy had received about 15 games and had never given any feedback. He also hadn't sent any games out. I have this theory that he compiled a queue, Bought a lot of points and then died.
