Anyone else run into alot of these. Im trying to get RB6V 2 but Ive been matched 3 times with people who have never sold a game and havent been active sense august 2007. Its getting really annoying. Each one is another 26 hour wait.

It does happen sometimes, and it seems to be more frequent on older / low point games.  The good news is that the offer get put on hold if the seller lets it time out.  Also, if a user doesn't log in for a certain amount of time (I think 3 months?) all their games get put on hold and they get an email notification.  If they still don't log in for another month after that, all the holds get deleted (or maybe moved to watch list? not sure exactly).

So it can be annoying if you get a string of inactive requests, but Goozex is much less frustrating if you don't watch your lists all the time - just look for the confirmation that someone has accepted.

just because someone hasn't updated their profile doesn't mean they are inactive

Im not talking about updating, Im talking about trading games, rating games, etc. If someone has had a profile for over a year and hasnt done anything(sell a game, recieve a game, rate a game) than Im going to assume there not using there profile.

p.s. As of right now Im on my 4th matched profile like this. That means 26 hours per trader.  Thats over 4 days of pointless waiting.

The users must have been doing something at some point for their account to still be active.  The good news is that now that they've let the offer time out, it's been removed from their queue and won't trouble anyone else.

It's unfortunate that you've had a string of bad luck, but how else do you propose to solve the problem?
