Are thay going to make deadliest catch for the PS2 or PSP any time soon??????

Doesn't seem likely - PC and X360 are fairly easy to co-develop for, branching out to other consoles increases complexity greatly.  I had no idea about this game, but it seems like a first effort so if successful they might make it or the next game for more systems.
