You would leave a negative feedback and wait for your points to be returned to you.

thanks dude but what if someone reports bad but the game is good does he get his points back?

If the game is reported unplayable the G-team will ask the game to be sent to them so they can test it and make sure the game doesn't work so that the seller is not getting a wrongful negative.
