Xbox 360 vs. PS3

I not sure what to get a PS3 or Xbox 360???? I know about the rrod (Red Ring Of Death), but I'm still not sure. If you have a suggestion please reply. Price is not a factor.

I dunno man, this is new territory here.  I don't think I've seen any discussion of this subject on the internet, so I'd hate to be the first one to weight in on the topic.

Serious answer: it's absolutely 100% up to you and your personal situation.  Some things to consider when looking at each system include price, features, and exclusive games.  Or just buy both if you're really that indecisive.

In all seriousness, from someone who owns 1 Xbox360 and 2 PS3's. If you like Games, buy a 360. If you like waiting, collecting dust, Blu-Ray movies, and did I already say waiting? Then buy a PS3.

I'm in the same position as you, and it looks to me like the PS3 has more potential but games just aren't coming out fast enough. I'm probably going to go for an Xbox 360 with the new price drop. Since they havea 3 year warranty or something and have the falcon chip (I may be wrong here), I'm not really concerned with the RROD.

my only suggestion that if you do get a 360 i would buy the arcade version and then the 120gb hard drive because the arcades are supposed to be built better and are more quite, then maybe a cheap hdmi cord of ebay if you can use hdmi and you can get 1080p or anything less, if not you should be able to pick up some used component cales for pretty cheap somewhere so you can get 1080i or 720p or 480p.

360 no question. Its got better games, better online system, more features.Make sure to get one with a hard drive

The PS3 is lacking in a lot of areas, it will have many good games coming out end of this year and the next one but the Xbox has a huge library already.
