Yeah Well It's Still Driving Me Crazy,People are seeing different numbers as me and are able to get the game as soon as they add it and I Have to wait 3 weeks and still no connection

Well, of course he is. But there's some truth to it.
Just because you want to get it from outside of Canada doesn't mean anyone wants to ship to Canada. So, you're seeing realistic numbers about availabilty, FOR YOU. There are no available copies for you to receive.
