So I live in the same province as this other user and he agreed to ship out a game I wanted, he didn't and he didn't reply to any emails. Anyways when I try to leave feedback as I didn't receive the game this is what I get:
Please allow at least 16 days after the shipment date to report a "Game not received" feedback.The game you requested may still be in transit.The shipment date for this game is: August 13, 2008.It's the 29th today and it doesn't let me leave it still. And it says I only have 1 day left to report the game not received. What's going on? What do I do?

It does say that.
This seems to indicate that... well, you have 1 more day left before you can report this game not received.
You actually have 21 days before the system closes the trade, so just wait until tomorrow and it should be active. It seems doubtful that the seller will end up sending it at this point, but normally it's recommended that you at least wait until Goozex gives you the "3 days to report feedback" warning email. There have been some horror stories about the Canadian mail system on here.

I'm not surprised by Canada Post. They took 20 days to deliver a letter that was mailed from Thunder Bay to Thunder Bay

lol, that's pretty bad, I've sent out hundreds of envelopes with Canada Post and haven't had a problem yet. The problem was resolved, for some odd reason later on during the day it allowed me to leave the feedback.
You have to wait through the mandatory days, then u can leave feedback.
yeah, i didnt mean that you only had 1 day left to leave feedback, it meant you had to wait until 1 more day before you can leave feedback for not receieved, system makes you wait atleast 16 days
