No. It varies from how popular the game is, how many people have it and trading it, if the seller has any open trade slots, does the buyers ahead of you have the points to buy it, and how old it is.
No, only the thing that you could use to find out how many times it was trade is that thing that says how many times it was traded since when. Then if you're really curious, you can just divide the number of times it was traded by the number of days elapsed in that period to find the trade/per day rate. Then you can just divide the number of people that are in line in front of you by this rate and you will get approximately how many days are left. Of course, the trade will be an average of the activity and will most likely be a sooner estimate (you should add on some days) because the trade activity probably has decreased over time.
