Argh... so I shipped a brand new copy of Halo 3 Collectors edition to some guy. Today, he left feedback claiming that the game is unplayable and the disc is all scratched up. I have purchased many video games in my day and haven't had a single disc come fresh out the package that is so scratched up the game doesn't play.
I've emailed goozex already and the guy (who has a negitive feedback score btw). I'm waiting on a response on both. Is there anything else I can do so I don't lose my points and I get the feedback reversed or removed? I really don't feel like having a selfish little brat ruin my perfect feedback score.
E-mail feedback@goozex.com rather than help@goozex.com (if that's the e-mail you used) because they're WAY quicker and get things done like THAT. Just explain the situation, and the should be able to refund your points within a day or so. They may even be able to reverse the feedback if you tell them about that too.
