For those who didn't see the latest GameTrailersTV episode, they exclusively announced the Star Wars Force Unleashed Demo to be released on both the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on August 21, 2008.The demo will consist of a level in which you hunt down a fellow jedi and will have several of the force powers at your fingertips.

I loved throwing TIE fighters around the hangar in the demo, and watching storm troopers trying to grab on to things as they are being tossed about. I'm really looking forward to the release of this game. I'm going to have to load up Dark Forces II and practice up on my force powers.
The demo was fun and I think it will be a strong 3rd person action game. I don't think it will be revolutionary. At least from what I saw so far. The physics engine is nice, but the reality is often that you just work your way through these game minimally using the new gimmicks.
I did like blowing up tie fighters as they zipped by in the hanger. I am not a fan of hitting pre-determined button to beat a boss.
What I look forward to is fighting other Jedi's! That will be some awesomeness.
I also look forward to seeing the backstory work on the new apprentice and Vader vs. the emperor.

I played the demo. Not nearly as mind blowing as I was hoping for and there are some camera issues. That said, it's still going to be a solid action title and will find a spot in my game library.

This game peaked my interest with the concept. I'm not a Star Wars fan at all. I haven't seen a single film, but I liked what I saw from the videos of this game and decided to download the demo and I loved it. I would be a person taking in the story elements with really no knowledge of what really is going on, but the gameplay was quite addicting. I've played through the demo a few times now and this will probably be the first Star Wars game I buy.

anyways you should watch all of the 6 at some point, personnally i loved the originals and think they are better than the first trilogy.
