when do i get points back after reporting negative feedback on an unplayable disc?
Can take anywhere between 1 hour and 3 days. usually an hour or two :)
I've never left feedback for an unplayable disk (I don't think) - but I've left negs for not receiving a game - and on average it's taken about a day to get my points back from that. It probably depends on if the seller refutes the claim and Goozex has to do some investigative work.
hmm. its been like week now and nothing...
You might want to double-check your account history (located in the "My Account" section) just to make sure they're actually missing and didn't get spent on something else in the meantime. If things don't balance out correctly, you can email feedback @ goozex.com and ask them to look into it.
Hmmm................okay well definetely it should not take that long. Like madfigs said, check if you already spent it without knowing or do a little research in your account and of course if you don't find anything email feedback@goozex.com and get your points
alright yeah im gonna have to send in a email
i had 850 points than i spent 600 and than i ended up having 250 and negative waiting for the 600 back. and i had no games on requestand im still at 250
