Rules for Goozex.com Forum promotions: Goozex may from time to time elect to award prizes such as individual games, points, credits, gaming accessories and other gaming-associated items. The Goozex staff will select winners based on the staff’s evaluation of forum activity and quality of content produced by respective Goozex members. The Goozex staff will act as the sole decision-makers for prize giveaways, and any staff decision is final.
To be eligible users must sign up on Goozex.com, activate an account, and actively participate in the Goozex forums. Limit one prize per household per prize giveaway. Multiple accounts, not confirmed accounts, fake emails, or incomplete or incorrect home addresses disqualify users from Goozex forum promotions. Winners must have a valid United States, Canadian or Bermudian mailing address on file with Goozex at the time of the giveaway to be eligible. Winners may not redeem any prize for cash, Goozex points or trade credits. Goozex will mail out the prizes to the addresses provided upon registration. Winners will be notified by email and may be publicly announced on the Goozex forum posts. By participating in the forums users are automatically entered into prize giveaways. Users also agree that Goozex, Inc., may use their name, nickname, likeness, and website for promotional purposes without incurring any liability or obligation for remuneration. All registered Goozex users must be 18 years or older. Prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians. Goozex, Inc., is not responsible for damaged prizes, damages or expenses that the winners might incur as a result of the contest or the receipt of the prize, and winners are responsible for income taxes based on the value of the prize received.
