What happens if I send a game out, it's in perfect condition, but the person that receives my game gives me negative feedback for whatever reason? Then I'm out of a game and I get no credits right?

As madfigs said, your first step is to try to resolve the issue with the buyer. However, if you used delivery confirmation and the buyer is claiming they never received the game, you can contact the Goozex team and they will credit your account.

I always use Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, even when the buyer is trustworthy. It gets the games there faster and provides a record that you sent the game.

Again, as stated earlier, there is a certain degree of trust involved in all game trading, and the same applies to us here at Goozex. We can understand why you may be nervous and may be thinking of the worst possible scenarios, but have some faith in the community and trust in the Goozex guarantee...and I would urge you to always use Delivery Confirmation with any USPS mailing. It is an affordable means of safeguarding yourself from future headache. Also, please feel free to come here if you have any issues or questions.

Thanks everyone for your replies.
And if you build up a status of good trades and accuse someone of wrongly leaving you negative feedback, then the goozex team will most likely side with you regardless if you have delivery confirmation or not.
but still, don't worry that much. Never happened to me.

I was wondering the same. Im about to send my 1st game, and the person im sending to has +5 feedback but what would stop them from saying the game was damaged, scratched, or screwed up or they never even got it.
Im going to send it with tracking so I know and can prove it was received but i also worry about condition. Maybe I should take pictures of games I send out so if the situation comes up I can have some sort of proof? Would something like that work in my favor or would goozex just side with the guy who has a higher rating right off?
This just happened to me. I sent a game out 2 weeks ago and the guy says he still hasn't received it. So he slaps me with a Neg feedback. I suppose its possible it was never delivered, but that its fishy. My point is... always get delivery confirmation.
Thanks!

Especially since it was his first transaction ... it happens, but if I were you I'd keep a note of him and check back every now and then. If he is a scammer and gets banned, then request a refund.
