You may have already noticed a new Goozex ad running on the website. It says "Games are expensive. Save money by trading on Goozex". You can insert how many games you purchase every month, and it calculates the amount you can save by trading on Goozex!
The calculation is based on a market research conducted by the Goozex team at a few brick and mortar stores, and assumes all calculations based on an average. The end result? For games whose used value is about $25 at a store, you may save up to $16.50 by trading on Goozex... per game!
The numbers may vary from game to game and from store to store. For the sake of simplicity we have chosen a simple average for these calculations:
Store: Trade in a $25 game and get $5 in return. Buy another $25 game and you are out of $20 total.
Goozex: Trade a game worth 500 points for another one and all you spend is $2.50 to ship your game and $1 to request the other game. A total of $3.50.

Suggestion: I recomend using the words "video games" instead of just "games" just to avoid confusion. Maybe you could have the various system icons (or game covers) floating in the background. That's always a good eye catcher! Besides that, it looks sharp!

I haven't traded that much, being a new member, but I save roughly $50 a month from Goozex.
That sounds about right to me, and now I'll have some extra dough!
PS: The only thing that I don't love about the ad is how it says "WHOA! That's real money not leaving your pocket!" everytime. My suggestion is maybe to change it to adjust according to the input number?
So, does this not work anymore for anyone else...would be interesting to find out what number I come out with.
When I actually have to buy games I don't buy much...but if I went over a whole year it would probably average out to 1 game a month.
