I just wanted to let you all know that we are trying a new promo this month and giving all new members 100 points upfront  so that they can try out Goozex for the first time.  For current members, it's ok if you get a request from a member with no feedback for a 100 point game.   For new members, make sure you request 100 point games that are available (over 4,000 titles) in order to spend the points. Hope everybody has fun with this promo!

blaroo Joined on 11-08-2007 Maine Posts 25	Quick question....as a noob....can I save the 100 and put it towards say a 600 point game after I "sell" 500 worth of my own games, or do I HAVE to use the free 100 only towards a 100 point game?  I "sold" my first game today, within hours of signing up, very cool....it's in the mail, just awaiting feedback and my points.   Glad I found this site, sounds like a way better way to get value for my used games instead of EBay.

I also have had a few new members use their 100 points to get games of mine, so I'm pretty psyched ^_^ It's amazing just how many great games are at that 100 point level too. Talk about bargains!

It is MUCH better than the Gamestop and the fact that you don't need to drive anywhere makes it all the better. Game money and Gas money saved, woo hoo!

Hades Joined on 06-02-2007 Long Island, NY Posts 205	Great promo.  I recently referred my cousin to the site and he wanted to request a couple of games but had to wait a while to accumulate some point by trading his own games.  While this is sort of a good "probational" type of introduction to the way things work at Goozex, it also could be a little frustrating.  This way new users can get right into things by recieving a game worth 100 points.  Good idea.
