This game looks really Amazing! After watching some of the trailers and gameplay video, I think it'll probably be one of the best games of 2010.

Alright, so I get Lost Odyssey for the 360 based on all of the people here pimping it. Didn't bother to read any reviews, figured the Goozex peanut gallery was good enough. I open it up and notice the disc came loose in shipping. Wait no... 2 discs are loose. Then I start pulling discs off the spindle and see there's 4 DVD's to this thing?! And of course they're all supposed to sit on one spindle - so they made a game that requires a stack of media but can't afford the 5 cents extra it would require to make an appropriate case for it?

Is this some sort of joke, what the hell is on all of these things?

Oh, and none of the discs seem to be damaged. But how in the world do you test a 4 disc title anyways?

Help! Need suggestion for reputable 3rd party console repair service

Trying to assist a friend with a faulty 60GB PS3. It's a refurbished unit bought about 2 years ago and has developed a problem reading any discs. The PS3 is far removed from the limited warranty offered from the company it was purchased through and as it was previously repaired by a 3rd party, I have doubts that Sony would even accept the unit back for servicing.

Over the last few days, I've been looking through a few websites that offer 3rd party repair for defective 360s and PS3s. I have a few options that seem they may be reputable enough and can do the repairs for about $100 -$130 with limited warranty.

Before my friend takes the plunge and gets his PS3 in the mail, I thought i'd ask if any Goozex users have had dealings with 3rd party repair sites over the internet and if anyone can suggest a reputable one.

Is Beatles: Rock Band DLC identical across all platforms?

I have a friend who's one of those planning on buying a console for the sheer purpose of the Beatles: RB experience. He could probably care less to ever get another game in his life. I'm trying to help him.

Doesn't seem to care much about graphics. His son has a Wii, and I have a 360. He noticed a bit of difference, but it wasn't a deal breaker. His wife wants Wii Fit, so that may clinch it. I just want him to be fully informed.

When Abbey Road came out as DLC, my friend with the Wii said it wasn't available for them. Now I see Yellow Submarine is out.

For the true Beatlemaniac, I just wanna know, can anybody tell me if the DLC is identical, or is this another reason the Wii edition should be avoided?

My first idea is that he should be getting a PS3. Even though I haven't played it, the benefit of a blu-ray player should be a clincher to me.

US to Canada shipments

I was matched and sent out two trades to a Canadian user on October 29. Sent a PM to the member yesterday, and they have not been received.

This is a long time user, and I have little to no doubt that he's telling the truth that the trades have not arrived at this time.

Seeing that it's an international trade that does not have delivery confirmation available as an option, do I have any recourse if the Post Office lost the package? I put both games into one package, so it'll be a double loss... =/ This was one of my first international trades, and at the time, I didn't know that I could use the customs number for "tracking" purposes, so I don't have this information available.

Any feedback/suggestions/advice/help/words of comfort would be greatly appreciated...

Has anyone ever sent a game out in great cindition and gotton a message back from someone that game arrived in bad condition scratched .This has happen 3 or 4 times now to me .The last game was sent out no scratches got message back did not like condition of game scratches all over .I have also sent a unopen game in wrapper response was looks like some one took game ran up and down a floor game is in bad shape .I fIND this bad for people that actually send games in mint condition and ge these responses .

How come when a game takes forever to arrive, and you ask the seller where it is or when they shipped it they ignore you. But when it is time for you to leave feedback and it is a negative because the game is still not here they respond within hours and dispute the feedback. So annoying!

I want to put this game on my goozex list, but I could have sworn I read it has some crazy DRM going on. If someone sends it to me, do they have to deactivate it from their computer???
