well I had 200 points and i ordered a 150 point game and left negative feedback because i did not get the game and user wont reply of anything. It is been 3 days since i left negative feedback and the game is in completed with still negative feedback but i dont have 150 points back it still says 50

I am new to the site, and I am have not bought any points. I am currently shipping out a bunch of games trying to build up my points so I don't have to buy any. I also added a bunch of games to my requests. Now I just got an e-mail about trades I missed out on because I don't have enough points. There is also 1 notice for each game.

Do I have to put all my request games on hold til I have enough points? I just don't want to miss out on a request. If I keep getting notices will I eventually get kicked to the back of the list? Also if you put your requests on hold, can you still move up the list?

26 hours to respond to an offer is a little short

Is it just me or is 26 hours to respond a little too quick before you get skipped over in line? Im all for not having to wait on people that dont respond but that seems a little too quick. Not everyone checks their email every day.

I got an offer for one of my games last week and checked my email Sat or Sunday and found I was skipped over. No big deal, I was out and didnt check it...my fault. So I put it back in active state and will check back later. Check my email late today (monday night) and find I got skipped over again and now im in the back of the line.

2-3 days seems much more reasonable.

Problem adding games.

Hi, I just started an account here and I can't seem to put my games up to trade. I get to the pop-up screen asking about the condition (full package/disk+manual/disk) and the buttons to add don't do anything. I tried with Opera and Firefox. Can anyone help?

If I print out a USPS Shipping label from goozex, does that automatically pay all fees for the package and schedule a pickup from my home, or do I still need to go to USPS.com and schedule the pickup myself?

So I have a game on my offer's list, and the system found someone to buy my game. I didn't click anything at all because I wanted to wait and see if someone would want to trade a game for a game. Now the site says it's on hold and that I've agreed to ship the game to the buyer when I haven't clicked a thing...I don't want negative feedback, what am I to do?!

Hi there, new user here. I just traded off my first game ten minutes after listing it (I guess a lot of people want the new Batman game!), and I'll soon have 1,100 points to blow after the guy gets his game. There are a bunch of games that I want to get, but they all have a wait on them. My plan was to add a bunch of them to my "Active Requests" section and get whichever becomes available first, but what will happen if I get online one day and see that two or three became available to me at the same time? Do I just pick one and proceed with that trade and cancel the others, or am I obligated to "purchase" all of them since I requested them and my turn came up?

What to do about Final Fantasy XI for the PS2?

I just traded my Final Fantasy XI package on Goozex, minus the HDD.

I couldn't find anything that would lead me to believe that the HDD should be included, because the point value is way off for that (these packages go for $60 plus on eBay and everywhere else) and 700 Goozex points seems pretty low for value like that (about $35).

I also have concern that the credit card and personal information on the HDD is accessible by someone else.

However, the person I traded with really wants the PS2 HDD and has implied the feedback will not be good if I don't send it.....

Haven't been able to find a clear answer on this. There's nothing in the game description or anything that says the HDD goes with this game and from what I understand, it's playable on a PS3 without the HDD.

As most here I'm sure, I got tired of being underpaid for used games at EB/GS (actually, I only did this once years ago) and have been using EBAY, but with fees all over, it's almost not worth it, unless you have a super hot game, so I started looking around at trading sites and decided I liked the point system, instead of a pure matching 1 for 1 site where there is no guarantee.

ANYWAY, I joined a week ago, and have already shipped off 3 games and have some points to burn...NOW, the questions...

If you are on a waiting list to "buy" and are deeper in the line than restricted people, will you get the trade before them since you are ready to go?

Also, how are "disc" and "disc-manual" handled on waiting lists? Is there an overall queue, or will you only be on the sub-queue for the specific format? For example, the disc line is short...do you have to wait until a disc only seller comes up? Or do you have an overall queue number that the system checks against different formatted sellers, so you would get a full package, although you requested disc only because you joined the queue before some other full package buyer? Did that make sense?

I've noticed that some of the smaller PC gaming companies, are not putting manuals in the case. But, they are putting it as a file/pdf on the disc. A few examples would be Darkest of Days, and Hinterland: Orc Lords.

Would these games still be considered Full, or just Disc only?

I've just completed my first trade. Family Feud Ps2...

The thing will cost 3.26 to ship, when I get 100 points. My dad owns a shop that sells horse equipment world wide and they have an ABUNDANCE of boxes, envelopes, bubblewrap, and even their own SHIPPING STICKER PRINTER. Tell me, is it necessary to buy all this to have the points confirmed in your account? how is the sale confirmed? how can i obtain the printing info for the sticker if so?

Time zone question for new releases
