Which game should I get first? (PC)

Which should I get first? These are the games I'm considering: Bioshock, Call of Duty 4, Call of Duty 5, Crysis, Fallout 3, Far Cry 2, Gears of War, GTA 4, and Mass Effect. Which is the best game in this list? Something I should get instead of one of these?

P.S. I only play singleplayer because my gaming PC isn't hooked up to the internet.

Is Bioshock worth it in gameplay, replayablitiy, fun factor...etc or should I save my points until Fallout 3, Mass Effect, Gears of War, Crysis, Call of Duty,...etc come down in points value? (If there are any other fairly new games I should look at let me know.)

Include game systems and gift cards

How about Goozex offer new game systems which you can trade in your points for. Say you have 7-8000 points and you want a Ps3 or Xbox 360 or you have 2000 points and want a DS. Goozex can provide the systems, I doubt users would be willing to go through the trouble to pack and ship big consoles.

Another idea is Goozex offer gift cards in exchange for our points. Goozex could make a deal with another retailer to offer gift cards for our points.

Can something be done about people who let the trade time run out?

This really gets my goat.

In the last couple of weeks I've had three people let the trades I've been matched with run out. The latest ended up really giving me the shaft, as there was a point price change during the waiting period. I was stuck having to invest another 50 points into the game, because I still wanted to get it. But believe it or not the 50 points is more of a secondary gripe, my main grip is the fact that I have to wait in line again because someone didn't accept the trade. Why is it optional for them to accept trades?

How many of these "start a topic" messages does it take?

I've regularly been patient with these things, and I know steam's been blown off before, but I just feel like venting a bit here. Someone's obviously spamming the buttons on the "start a conversation" button...otherwise we wouldn't have three topics regarding the same basic movie in mildly different format styles. I have a button on my Yahoo page that lets me get a quick glance at what's going on in the forums...gives me like the first 10 things on the forum list. Nowadays, I see nothing but convo starter topics. Most everything I'm interested in is buried two pages down, primarily due to these topic starters that nobody talks in. I've tried starting conversations with them myself, and they appear to be ignored, people are so used to the spam.

Will there be a resolution to this? I'd be happy even if there was a way to ignore posts posted by that service until at least one topic post has been made. In the end, though, if the button was changed so that if you were logged in, it would go to the forums directly, or if you weren't, it would show you how to sign up for an account...those would be plausible ideas that would still show new people interest in the forums, yet kill this slew of unnecessary clutter coming in.

Allow cancels over a certain percentage of Negatives

So I just got matched for a cheap game with a dude with 8 NEGATIVES!!! EIGHT!! He only has 35 transactions. SO I pretty much have a 25% chance of having to leave a guy a negative.

This seems kinda rediculous. If it wasn't a 150 points game I'd probably be pissed. Shouldn't there be a way to say "cancel" a trade if the seller has above a ceratin percentage of negatives?

Prety sure this has been brought up somewhere else on here so i wont even look ill just bitch here. Got matched for a 450 pt game and the guy has 6, yes six,6 non sent NEGATIVE FEEDBACK in a row. First why is this clown still allowed to be here and ive requested cancel of trade and what im going to lose my spot that ive had in there for over a year. And ill have to wait a couple of weeks to leave neg feed for this thing to get my pts back? JOKE

I'd like to start a new thread regarding suggested game specific point changes. This will be the main thread that we will monitor for large point discrepancies. A couple of points to remember are that we are in the used game space so we may not match with current retail prices and a few key variables in our points pricing come from Muze. I'd also like a simplified template for suggesting point changes that looks like this (it doesn't have to be exact):

Game: Godfather
Goozex Points: 750
Platform: Xbox 360

Optional
Half.com: $17.50
Amazon: $25

Any point changes we may do are not immediate due to the setup of the Goozex trading system.

Search By Points? Please?

So, most of the games I want are way beyond the amount of points I have, but I sort of want to get something without having to think of every game I've ever wanted to play that may or not be in the realm of points I currently have.

With that being said, I would love to be able to search by a point range. In other words, if I want to search for a game that is 300 points in the PS3 section, or all sections, I would love to see them easily listed out so I could make a quick trade with the amount of points I have readily available.

I think this would encourage users to trade sooner rather than having to wait forever for a game to become available or add up their trade points to afford something that will wind up going down in point value at some point anyhow.

Has this been discussed before? What do you think?

Anyone else notice the cost of tokens has gone up?

Back in June I bought 30 tokens for $24 at a 20% discount. Now, in order to get the same discount I'd have to spend 3x as much. Are price hikes going to become a trend as time goes on?

Make Gears of War 2: Game of the Year Edition untradable?

Ok, this sounds weird for a game that isn't a MMO, but I'm wondering if Goozex should look into making the Game of the Year edition of Gears of War 2 for the Xbox 360 an untradable game and here is why.

The game is the EXACT SAME thing as the initial retail release, save for two things... A new slipcover that says it's a Game of the Year edition and the bonus content, which is a one time use downloadable code.
Now considering that Goozex does not require those one time use codes to be included in trades, what you're pretty much going to get in a trade for this game is just Gears of War 2 with a slipcover, no extra content at all.

Is this a situation where it would be worth making the game untradable to protect the users? How many people might request that thinking they'll be getting 19 bonus maps and an extra campaign character only to find out that it was all just one time use codes and they get nothing? All they did was pay an extra 300 points*** for Gears of War 2. At least the special edition has a steelbook case and a book with it if the download codes have already been used (or sold on eBay).

Anybody have any thoughts on this? Can anything be done here? At least the first game had all the extra content on a second disc... The only other idea might be to make the unused code part of the "full package", but that could snowball into a much larger issue with how download codes are handled. Honestly I'm glad I found out myself that all the extra content was a downloadable code considering I had it in my request list. I'd be pissed to spend so many points on a game with bonus content only to find out that I get none of it.

*** As of writing this, Gears 2 is valued at 500 points, Gears 2 GotY is listed at 800.

A "Position Changed" counter for your Queues.

Is there any way there can be added a "position changed" counter? On your queues, it would say if you have changed position at all during the past day or week. So, if Im position 15 in line to trade something at the beginning of the week, and now Im 12th, it would have a Green 3. If you drop to 18th, a red 3. This would let us know which games just arent moving and allow some of the more impatient people to find other avenues for those games/movies.

Shipped Today is mocking me

I hate the Shipped Today status. it mocks me. Whats the point? The person didn't actually make that the status so it's essentially meaningless. Now with the new confirm to get points (which i think is cool) it makes me feel like the dude just doesn't give a poo and is probably never shipping.

Just wondering why thats there?

Buy it new option

Just a thought - you might want to consider lowering the prices of the Buy it new option. I probably would do so for Dragon Age for the PC if it was (say) 1600 rather than 2000.

Anyway, hope that's useful to somebody in the Goozex world.

Why do I need to wait for feedback to get points?

I just accepted a trade, but didn't get my points right away. I knew Goozex was changing the system so that you get your points when your confirm the game is shipped, so why do I need to wait for positive feedback? Are they making us all wait for the feedback now to get our points?

It would be nice, when you list a game, to have a checkbox or something along the lines of the following:

I bought this game new in the shrinkwrap from a retail store or online.
I acquired this game from another Goozex user.
I bought this game used or received this game secondhand from a source other than Goozex.

For example,I've gotten games through Goozex that have had messed up manuals, but the case and game are perfect. After I'm done, I'll send the game out, but the recipient will complain about the condition of the game. I mean, that's how I got the game, man. What do you want me to do, iron the water-damaged manual to get the wrinkles out?

I'm realize it's inconsequential in the grand scheme of Goozex, but it would be nice.
