Hey everyone,
Whenever possible, the Goozex team (Jon, Valerio & Mark) love to meet members in different cities. We've already had a few good times in Washington D.C., New York, and San Francisco. Tomorrow, June 2, we'll be meeting with some of our friends from CAG at Dave & Busters in Bethesda, MD (@ 3:00)
The week of July 9th we'll be down in Jacksonville, FL and if you're in the area let us know. We'll also be back up in NYC (TBA). But you don't need us to meet up either. Here's the place to setup your own meetings if you want meet fellow Goozers in your local area. We have members in all 50 states, all Canadian provinces, Puerto Rico, Guam, and military bases and ships across the world!
If you're ever in the Seventh Circle of Hell.. er... I mean, Wisconsin... let me know!

If you don't mind me asking, you all have been heading down to Florida on more than one visit. What's up with Florida? What's the draw in Jacksonville?

Believe me, If I had a choice between Aruba or JAX, i think you know where I would be going...........One of the Goozex team members lives in JAX now so we are going down to visit for a few days.
So how did everything go at Dave & Busters Saturday? I'm over in Fairfax, VA and was very tempted to scoot across the river, but got caught up in some stuff around the house. Was there a good turn out with the CAG group as well?
Keep us posted on your next DC outing, as I would be very interested in meeting up.
The turnout was great! We had a nice cross-over of Goozex/CAG/GameTZ there. At its peak I'd say somewhere between 10-15 folks.
There was some parking lot game trading going on that people enjoyed and then a few us played some arcade games...I should have stretched before tearing it up on Time Crisis...
I think our next local one can be in a LAN center to get our gaming on. If you know of something in the Arlington area, let me know.
Other ideas are welcome as well.
If you guys make it a little further south in Florida let me know. I'm in the Orlando area.
Alright, there's the crew! Except I don't know who's who? Any chance y'all can point out the Goozex guys in the pic? I'd love to bring this photo back in about 10-20 years and point out who the young entrepreneurs were who started Goozex and went off to have their stock rise faster than the Google guys....
dude, nice shot of my cleavage, hahaha.

Damn, I probably won't be able to meet up with you all, considering that bars and I don't quite mix. Ah well, NYC is a bust for now. There's always the dtoid 2 year anniversary party.

I've gone and filled in the names above as best as I could remember. Think that I've got it right at least in terms of CAG names and/or Gamertags.
If you make it to Indianapolis, I could do a Goozex gathering at my house. I've got two metal Afterburner DDR pads, an Xbox, PS2, and Gamecube hooked up to the 65-inch widescreen downstairs, as well as foosball and a 2-player basketball game. Upstairs I've go the Wii and a second PS2 hooked up to the 50" TV.
We have something silimiar to Dave and Busters in downtown Indy...it's called Jillians...it's a restaurant, bar, bowling alley, pool hall, and huge video arcade all in the same building.

Hey Rictor, good to see you over here from CAG.
Call me stupid over great gaming set-ups, but if there is ever a meet-up in the Indianapolis area, I'd fly out just for your setup. Envious as all heck. My wife wouldn't dare let me take over our home like that.
