I'm going to go ahead and start listing some more of them in my store now ^_^ If you guys have any further requests (even if you don't want to purchase them) let me know because it'd still be a fun challenge. NES sprites are ideal since they aren't generally larger than my 29x29 board, but I will be doing some SNES ones as well. Thanks again for your support :)
Ms PacMan and the ghosts
Kinda easy probably compared to your others but they'd look cool.
Your store looks empty, you should throw your pics up in a gallery like on yahoo or a myspace page or something.
Only because today is the last day I can mail out things really before the Christmas weekend (well tomorrow too but I'll be sleeping since I work nights) so I have two more packages and one more SNES to pack up for my eBay store and then I'll be doing Etsy stuff :) I'm going to definitely try a Richter Perler and now I'll have to try Ms. Pacman and ghosts too ^_^ Thanks for all the recommendations guys!Appreciate it :)The store will have MORE than enough soon hehe very very soon.
I used to make this stuff when I was younger, though obviously my rather simplistic creations were nothing compared to yours. I was wondering, do you have the little metal-bead-like thingies that can make them into keychains? I think I used to have that. If you had one so I could hang it from my rearview mirror, I would totally suggest making a Sonic, and then I'd buy it.
Yes I do have keychain attachments as well as magnet backing options :) I think it's like $1.00 for the keychain and $1.50 for the magnet backing if my memory serves me right ^_^ Sonic is a very, very popular one...I'm going to have to do some. I just wish I had a bigger board than 29x29. My boards link together but they're still a bit unsturdy for ironing. Thanks for writing :) I'll post my new creations soon. This week has just been about 20 hours in car dealerships trying to get them to come down on the prices on the car I want. Talk about headaches.... almost there though. My goal is to get the car tomorrow *Crosses fingers*
Hey guys, Well I put together a couple more of my Perler art pieces so here goes nothing: As requested here is one of the Ms. Pacman ghosts when they are in their vulnerable "please don't eat me" state. I will be doing all the ghosts as well as Pacman and Ms. Pacman. I'll probably sell them as an optional full set but this ghost is available by himself also. Here's one that took a lot of time :) Megaman and his faithful robo-dog Rush! I did the Megaman one and my wife did Rush (she did a fantastic job didn't she)? The Megaman was hard for me because this shade of blue wasn't available in single color bags but only in the multi-bags so I had to sort through like 5 shades of blue for quite some time. I just made it too by only about 3 perler beads to spare (time to order more I guess). The one "pixel" on his foot got moved up every so slightly but other than that they came out nearly perfect. I'm going to be selling these two as a set on Etsy, but if you'd be interested in just Rush or just Megaman (or other colors of either) let me know ^_^I'll be posting more soon but for now I'm still bargaining for my new car purchase *headache*
Would it be possible to create a Sonic Pixel Art??? If so I am willing to purchase it from you!
drool...sold..where do i buy it from lol..megaman and rush look really good..umm some other things i was thinking how about arthur from the ghost and goblins series...also how about the teenage mutant ninja turtles lol..i got alot more in my head i would like to hear from you if you would like to do it!!!
The TMNT would be killer. Tetris maybe? I logged alot of hours into Tetris. Oh, man if you could do the old Duke Nuke 'em...................
HAHAHAHHAHHAHAHAHA these things kick ass!
You updated your store! Rush looks awesome lol. Can't wait until I see your next ones. ^___^
Check out thread for graphic requests: Thread
Yup I definitely updated my store. I will be doing a TON of these so don't worry. I'm going to defintely do some Tetris / TMNT and Sonic ones ^_^ Not to worry! Ghost and Goblins is a great idea too. Just keep in mind that SNES sprites will be huge (like 6" or 8" even meaning they'll use about 1000 beads hehehe. A lot of effort and love goes into these :) Each one is really unique. The store for those of you curious is:http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5024227I will be adding new ones each week. I'm happy to say I finally bought my new car :) Took me three weeks of researching but it's all behind me now. Great car too :) I'll probably post a picture of it sometime soon. Thanks for all your support and comments!
Congratulations on your purchase. Clue us in on the car ;)
The Megaman and Rush look great.

Yup, after about two weeks (and probably about 30-40 hours in car dealerships negotiating), my wife and I finally got a new car. Actually, it's a used car...we were originally looking for a 2008 Toyota Rav4 4WD vehicle, because our current cars just really don't cut it in the snow, but we ended up going with a 2006 Toyota Highlander instead. Why the big change? Well the sales manager of the Toyota Dealership offered us to sell us the car he's been driving for the last couple of weeks. Apparently it was his friends, but he couldn't afford it so he turned it back to the dealership. The car was originally priced at about $38,000+ and has every possible luxury we were looking for (and a lot of ones we weren't expecting). It really has the works: leather seats, heated seats, 4WD, V6 Engine, power seats, JBL Sound Stereo (8 speakers), 6-CD player/Tape Player/AM/FM, lots of cargo space, third row seating, roof rack, you name it... a lot more car than we were even looking for but he offered us the same price basically as the one we were looking for (basic model) so needless to say we were happy. It only has 13,800 miles so it's practically new as far as I'm concerned and still under warranty from the factory though the inside needs a bit of cleaning. Luckily, the dealership is going to take care of that Wednesday and we should be good to go :) Thanks God... I'
