Hi Goozex
just reading up and learning all I can about this site as I become more involved, I first heard of Goozex via Gametz a long time ago, however I never joined then as usual it takes new sites time to add "Support" for Canadians like myself, however I listen to the CAGcast alot while I work and they dropped the name several times and I decided to join up, my username on gametz is encrypt just like it is here ( I guess I just ain't that creative when it comes to names as it's the same on X-box LIVE aswell )
Personally I love the community at gametz and alot of my friend list on X-box Live are from there, I am also on ebay with the username richardguse ( one of the few places that uses my real name )
As Owner of alot of gaming systems including the current big three (Wii, 360 and PS3) I play alot of games (just not as much time as I wish) and I look forward to using a great system I think Goozex has set up and hope for many trades in the future
First off, welcome to Goozex and the forums. If you have any question please ask we are here to help.
Now to answer your question; there is no option for trading cases only on Goozex, but gametz is a partner site where you may be able to trade them there or if you have games that are disc only just get rid of the box art and use them to protect the games while shipping.

Hello,
Danro here. First time poster, long time user, love the show. Only had one problem so far, otherwise things are going Goozex good. Thinking of getting a next gen system (finally). Laters.
Hello. I'm beeler, from NC, USA. Goozex is an interesting idea. I'm hoping it will be a great way to cheaply and effortlessly acquire games. For the record, the Achievement Junkie podcast is how I found out about Goozex. Check 'em out!

Hello everyone! I've been a member for a while now, but I'm just getting around to posting on the forums.
I'm loving Goozex so far, although I wish that they would convert from Muze to a database that includes more retro-content (NES, SNES, etc.)... but I get the convenience-factor of using Muze from their end.
About me - I've been an avid gamer since I got my Texas Instruments TI-99A system back in 1984 (yes, I'm an old fart... but I'm still not as old as Old Man Timpysan). I own a LAN gaming center and used game store here in Eau Claire called Chaos Internet Gaming Center. I'm a huge geek and put together a website to keep track of my game collection, feel free to check it out if you like - www.TheCallidusCollection.com.
Looking forward to getting to know you forum dwellers! :)
Hi, my name is moudy and i have just started and had a question. How do I change the picture on my profile.
Hey everyone. I just found out about Goozex from the Penny Arcade forums. I'm used to buying stuff from EB even though it's a giant ripoff, but this seems like an awesome alternative. I'm always a bit paranoid about trading online with strangers, though.
What are my chances of snagging a copy of FFVII? The one I bought at EB many moons ago has a glitch/defect on disc 1 that causes it to freeze at the same spot every time (not a scratch. I figure it's some error with the manufacture of the disc), so I've been hunting for a copy ever since.
I wish I had more games to trade, but I'm usually very careful about what I buy so I won't want to trade it anyway, heheh. But just so you guys know, I'm a real stickler for keeping discs and cases in good condition, so if you ever trade with me you'll be getting mint or near-mint games.
Awesome! Welcome new folks...look around and meet a lot of the great people on our forums.
Hello all. My name is Andrew and I just heard about this site while searching on yahoo for a video game trading site. I really like the format and hope to make some trades in the future.
I guess the most interesting thing about me is that I was born with Asperger's syndrome, a mild form of autism.
Hi All,
My name is Rob, and I'm new to this site, but have been trading dozens of games on GameTZ for about 7 months. I do like that site very much, however, the bad/slow trades are becoming more common for me, and the bartering/finding a match is becoming increasingly difficult.
So, I wanted to give this site a try. It seems much more straight-forward and am looking forward to increasing my Wii games. PSP is still my favorite system, but have a lot of games for it already. Also have a PS2.
Looking forward to trading,
Rob
Want to trade with me directly? Check out my games on and send me an offer I can't refuse :)
Welcome, everyone! I think you'll find a lot to like about Goozex and the community. Please, take off your coats and make yourselves at home. Don't mind the mess. We are gamers, after all.

Hey Rob,
Welcome to Goozex! It is definitely a much more streamlined process and much more user-friendly than GameTZ. About the only things I use GameTZ for any more are trading things that are sadly unavailable on Goozex due to the Muze database they use - like classic retro console stuff, movies, and hardware.
If Goozex gould add that stuff they could have my first-born (and I'd even throw in Timpysan's first born).
Hey guys, I had been looking for a good, reliable videogame trading site for awhile and I think I have found it. I am really looking forward to trading my first game, i've already put up 4 games for trading and one of them is in the process of being shipped. Can't wait to get my first points so that i can recieve my first game too. So, far i have to say that i love the service. You guys are doing a great job in keeping the site in shape.
Happy Trading!
Hello all. I'm a recent addition to Goozex, but I love it already. Read about it in EGM of all places, joined, bought some points and started trading a day later. So far so good!
Real name is Dave, live in the Sacramento area, slightly north of 30 years old these days. Married with a child, full time job, etc. More games than time to play, that's for sure, so Goozex seems a better deal than most anything else for a person like me that abandons most games after 2 weeks of being "really into it".
I own most gaming platforms except the PS3 or PSP. I even game on the Mac and still have a Sega Saturn hooked up to my tv. Look forward to sending you all tons of packages.
