I already have this game (japanese version) and it is by far the best Yugioh handheld yet. You can choise from two different ways to duel. One is going to the "Duel World" where you battle duel spirits and more of an adventure type setup. There is also a duel arena where you duel Amazoness Paladin to a Structure Deck Duel where you use Structure decks starting from Dragon's Roar through Rise of Dragon Lords. (It has two decks that are not in english yet, I dont think they are but might be mistaken, they are Surge of Radiance and Curse of Darkness) Let me say this once and only once, SAVE BEFORE EXITING OUT OF DUEL WORLD. Unless you like to redo everthing you did before quiting. Now the second option is World Championship. That is just like Worldchampionship 2007. Same type of setup, duel Spirits, Downloaded Ghost all that fun stuff. I dont know where the Duel Puzzles and the rest of that is located unless you have to unlock it by some means. If you are into Yugioh TCG or wishing to try it out to see what it is all about this is the perfect game to get. Promo cards are not the best but other then that I have to give it a 4/5 *Stupid Promos lol*
