i just joined the site, and i have a few questions (no making fun of me for the bad questions, k? )
1. I found an available game that i want to trade for so...how do i trade for it? I went to the game's page and went to trading info but there doesn't appear to be any way to trade for it.
2. What does it mean when it says "[#] rounds to go" over my game submissions?
Dear fmobliv,Welcome to Goozex ^_^ Hope you feel welcome here! The people on the forums (including myself though I'm not actually a mod, I just like to answer n00bish questions because a month ago I was a n00b as well). To answer your questions as best I can:1) If you found a game that you have that you want to list for trade, you simply hit the "add to my library" button under the information for the game. This will add it to your library where it will sit until it is matched up with a buyer. The way this works is that you list what you have the game as (full package/game+manual/disc only) and when the buyer with that criteria is matched you will receive an Email. Once you accept the offer, Goozex will give you their mailing address and you'll be all set to send it out. Your first few trades you won't get your points until the receiver/buyer leaves you positive feedback but soon after you'll get the points as soon as you accept the offer. Sometimes it takes a long time (obscure games) but for newer releases you should find a match very quickly.2) When it says rounds to go it is talking about the virtual queue system which is the heart of Goozex's system. Basically it's a first-come-first-served system where the first person who says they want a game will ultimately get the game before anyone else that requests it, as long as they have enough points/trade credits to cover the trade.I recommend you checkout the "New to Goozex" sections on the forums, but if you do have any other questions be sure to ask :) We'll help you through it. Before you know it you'll be gunning for the top ten of the month ^_^
i have a question
how do u mail a full pakage (case n all) bcuz i saw the thing were they tell what 2 do with the disc (put it in envelope) but what do i do with the case also how i print envolope
srry n00bz probably make u mad
Dear JacktheVine,Welcome to Goozex :) We love n00bz so don't worry about it, I was in your shoes just a couple months ago. Anyhow, the disc only/envelope method is only for games that are CD/DVD only and it's really not recommended anyway. For games that are complete with case and manual, it's HIGHLY recommended that you use bubble mailers. They only cost a buck or so (and you can get them a lot cheaper if you buy in bulk online or in warehouse clubs/Walmarts, etc.). The bubble mailers provide a lot of protection for the games and you'll be sure to get good feedback. Any other questions, just ask.Sincerely,JJ Parks aka "Goomba478"
Quick Question,
I sent a game out 2 weeks already and I have confirmation. The other person received it but haven't given me any feedback. I already PM the other person twice already but no answer. I don't know what to do now.
after...i bleive it's 21 days, if you did ship it Goozex has some cool system in place that automatically credits the points to your account if the other person does nothing to signify that they didn't receive the game in working order. So you'll get your points after...i think another week, regardless of if that guy does anythign or not! Never Fear, Goozex is almost fool proof!
i think...
If that is true, it would be grateful. Thanks MageVortex for that information.

After 21 days the system will close the trade, give you a positive feedback score and your points. After your feedback score reaches a certain level, you will get your points on accepting a trade.
