Shady: personally i like the camping because its just like how you'd have to wait to be in line for a new release at a store like how it was with the burning crusade when i bought it at a local gamestop and it sold out so people were screwed.

I don't agree with your logic. Just because something is one way doesn't mean is has to be that way in every instance. We have an oppurtunity to change that. That is like your grandpa saying, when I was a kid and got sick, we just toughed it out, we didn't have all these fancy medicines, so you don't need them either. We have the technology here to do something different than a simple stand in line at a Gamestop.
Many times I've bought concert tickets I've waited in the rain/cold/snow to get good seats. Other times the store use the lottery system. One hour before they went on sale, everyone got numbered ticket. I'll use 1 - 100 for example. If #50 was drawn, the #50 ticket was first, #51 second....When it got to #100, then #1 was next and #49 was last. This saved me many cold nights, lost sleep and sore backs from standing and sleeping on concrete.
don't be so defensive all i said was i liked it how it is because it reminds me of the days i'd do that
Go green for me and get entered into my rafffle for upto $400 paypal!
If u heard Goozcast #16, the guy who works at goozex, say new things partially relating to the Queue sytem and many other features are going to improve, and will soon be released in the later future.
Maybe it's just because I have points to burn, but I wouldn't mind seeing a second, higher-priority queue for those willing to pay an extra 100 points, such that the higher-priority queue moves twice as fast as the regular queue*. That would offset the camping issue for those willing to pay a little more.
*Example: Alice, Bob and Charlie queue up as normal at midnight and get spots 1, 2 and 3, respectively, in the standard low-priority queue (as they don't want to pay the extra 100 points). At 9:00 that morning, David, Esther and Frank join the high-priority queue in positions 1, 2 and 3. When games become available, Alice (LP) gets first dibs, then David (HP), then Esther (HP), then back to Bob (LP), then Frank (HP), then another HP queue member, then Charlie (LP), etc.
I am opposed to anything that provides 'special treatment' based on paying more points.

Agreed, even if thats how the real world works - Gozzex doesn't have to emulate it.
This topic has sure raised a big stink. If you're so determined to get in line for a newly released game worth $50, then why don't you just buy it new at a store for about the same price.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't new releases hardly avaliable here on Goozex on launch day? Even if you're first in line you're going to have to wait a few days or even weeks before you get a match.
I say let the campers stay awake all night if they want to. I'd rather go to bed and wake up early and buy it in the store the next day (then if it sucks, I'll list it here and make some camper happy).

Thats why i like pie, hopefully i will be one of those campers someday, as of now the closet i've gotten was 37th.
Either way, Central time Goozexers beat me to the line, so I agree with u.
