Turns out this is a new guy who thinks we are swapping games. So messed up. So i put in a request to cancel. Takes him about 1-2 days to accept.
I'm thinking i'm first and ready for the next available game.
Matched with this same dude again.
I guess I need to just wait for them to timeout 2-3 times so then the system will force their copy of CoD into Hold status?
Annoying!
So what happens if this noob accepts my request again with no intention to send? I'm out another like 20 days? AAAARRRR

You should also let the new user know that unlike Sayswap points are extreamly usefull here. I have 50 points at Sayswap that no one will take in exchange for any game on my wanted list.

So in the end he did actually finally listen and he canceled the request but he didn't take his game down so I got matched again with him. arrr
