I wanted to find a PS3 version, but all that I ever saw was the 360 version. I don't know why people can't find the game. I can't walk into any store without falling over 2 boxes, 360 versions. I have never seen a PS3 version.

Ah ha! I have it now! I'll add you next time I get the chance. My name is Marama if you want to add me!
I can't see anyone paying $170+ for Rock Band shipping out for 1000 Goozex points anytime within the next year. Maybe I'm just being pessimistic, but the shipping alone costs like $20 or more bucks. I dunno...it's probably the most expensive game in recent history, so forgive me for being pessimistic. I think it'd be smarter if they broke it down (I realize they can't because of Muze) where you had the game only, the guitar, the drums, the microphone or the special edition full package. I realize that can't be done, but it would probably be a cooler idea to be able to trade instruments and such. Just my two cents.
I also can't see ANYONE trading this game on Goozex for quite some time. It's just too much shipping and too high of a retail price for the equivalent of $50. Hell, even Gamestop would probably offer close to $100 for it, at least early on.
Other than that, anyone with the 360 version should add me to their friends. I'm not very good at drums yet, but I can handle the other stuff pretty well, at least up through hard mode. My gamertag is TahoeMax
I say that with a game like this you should have at least (and I mean an absolute minimum) a price point of 1500 points, but realistically 2000 points. After all the price won't drop in stores for quite some time, and I can't even picture Gamestops stocking a lot of used copies of this game because the box and whole set is so huge. I agree that it's not a good idea to sell individual accessories on the site, but at least it would break the price point down.
I've got the PS3 version and would like to join a Goozex Band. I'll be on most nights this week and weekend, so send a messag/invite to LordHades on PSN.
So how is everyone enjoying the game? I don't think it's a stretch to say it just might be the greatest party game ever.
Callidus was over last night and we rocked out for hours. My wife sang, I drummed, and Callidus played guitar.
We finally unlocked Enter Sandman and I beat the drums on expert. I think it will be a while before I can 5-star it though.
Good times.

I wonder if the drums are easier if you aren't an actual drummer! I am having some difficultly, I think mostly because I play my real kit lefty. I wish I could move the drum pads for Rock Band.
I'm having a great time with it. Can't wait for my buddy from Alabama to get out here so we can rock out to Green Grass and High Tides. I'm finding the songs to be a lot more fun to play than those on GH games, simply because they aren't intended to make you fail over and over again, for the most part. I've breezed through the majority of the guitar and bass songs on hard, whereas it took me a good LONG time to finish hard on GH2 and I can't even imagine it on GH3 since I hate Raining Blood and refuse to play it over and over again.
Drums will take some getting used to, but that's okay. At least I might get some rhythm while I'm at it. It's a blast, but I'm kinda hurting for local gamer friends at the moment. Kind of a pity.
Get your tag listed on the forum for the system you play, and you'll be sure to run into some Goozex members who would be happy to join a band with you and jam. I haven't had my friends over yet to play, but I know it's going to be a blast.
Well I must have done something right, because despite my better judgment and listing Rock Band on eBay...the game didn't sell. Now that would normally be a bad thing, but the fact is I was only selling it because my wife thought that it was a bit over-expensive and thought we might be able to make a few bucks selling it rather than holding onto it. Well, after the talk about the Guitar Hero III for Wii having Mono-sound only, and taking into account the eBay thing, she has agreed to keep the Rock Band set and count it as my Christmas present ^_^ It was either that or the Zelda Gold DS Bundle, and frankly I don't need it since I already have an imported Navy Blue DS and already own Zelda: The Phantom Hourglass. I'm so excited. I've never really played anyone on Xbox Live (aside from some arcade puzzle games). Feel free to add me to your Xbox Friends List: My name is the same as here, Goomba478.Can't wait to play some of you guys sometime!
I've been playing RB on 360 (my bro-in-law has it). I have to say it's really great. I'm liking drums alot! Guitar is better in GH. The guitar size is great, but the buttons and strum bar don't "click" like they do in GH. I like "clicky" buttons because it lets me know if I hit the button. Using the RB guitar (no "click") it's easy to miss notes and not even know it. Also, the strum bar doesn't seem to "stop" at a certain point. You never know how far down to push it before it regesters.
