So with Rock Band 1, you can export almost all the songs to RockBand 2. You can only export the songs once per disc so the disc, then, would obviously be worthless to me. I see that the game is currently trading for 1000 points, but I wouldn't want to trade it to someone who was expecting to get it to export the songs to his RockBand 2. What is the ethical decision here. If you're looking for RB1 would you be hoping to export the tracks?
I would put that in the same category as DLC - nice if it is still there, but assume it gone.

Are you sure there's a limit? I don't see how they can enforce this, since console games don't have a serial number tied to them. How do they know if a disc has been used more than once?
I think there's a code tied to each disc. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure you can only do the upload once.
i think if there was it would have to be brand new rockband 1's and number 2 because there wouldn't be a way to write to the disk, im sure it has to be like shivering isles for oblivion.

Source?
The discs are read only and you don't need to be online to do it. You could go buy the transfer tool, pull your network cable, transfer songs and then you have them.
IF you are talking about AC/DC Rock Band there is a 1 time use code in the manual.
I have no idea who would want to even listen to AC/DC in the first place, but that is for another post.
Also Rock Band 1 is currently 750 points.
