The poll on the average age of Goozex users had me wondering what the first console was that everyone owned. I got a Sega Genesis Christmas of 1993 (when I was 10) along with Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Jurassic Park.
I ignored the handhelds and more obsure systems (jaguar) to keep the poll at a reasonable size.
Colecovision, my favorite game were Q-bert, ladybug and Donkeykong Jr. I wonder why I sold that console [:'(]
i had the Magnavox Odyssey 2. lol and I still own it.
I basically jut posted the same thing in the average age of goozex users thread. First console was an Atari 2600. Still have it and still works , also with two controllers and over a dozen games.
What happened to the sega mastersystem? It wasn't that obscure. :(

I accidently named the mastersystem, the Mega Drive. I'd change it, but I can't seem to be able to edit polls without having to input everything again.
No Intellivision!?!?
tsk tsk...
My first 'console' was Pong, but I truly got hooked on the Intellivision. Then the NES eventually realed me in for the long haul.

Duck Hunt / Mario!
I started with the Colecovision. I was 3 or 4 years old when we got it. I'm sure my father got it for himself to play but, I remember enjoying it.

With the exception of the wacky thumb disc controller, I thought everything about the Intellivision was incredible! It was my second console. My first was the Atari 2600.

SNES=my first and favorite
My parents had a 2600 that they took down from the attic a year or so before the SNES but I don't really count that.
