I sent a game out to a "new" member who I believe is using multiple accounts due to the fact that he has messaged me from both accounts. Also The name of the second account is the users REAL name under the first acount and both accounts are from the same place. Thats not what this message is about though. After about a week of badgering me and asking me if I had really sent the game (instead of checking out the tracking number I gave him), he finally recieves the game and leaves feedback. In his feed back he said that I constantly messaged him for feedback. That infact was a lie. I had sent him a message at the begining asking him to remember to leave feedback when he recieves his game. Is there some way to make him take it back? I really don't appreciate what he said. There is still the message long between us for proof as well.

Please send an email to feedback @ goozex.com <no spaces> and tell them the game in question, the buyer's name, your seller's name, and a brief but concise account of what happened and include the PMs. Also I would include the two account information for them to check in on. Take some screenshots and send them in.

Definitely email them, but focus on the possible dual accounts.

Looking at the feedback, it is a hassle but not really that bad ... it isn't in and of itself worth getting worried about.

The multi-accounts though ... if true, that is a good find.

Ok thanks for the advice I will send them screen shots along with the pms.  I guess I wont get too worked up over the feedback thing though.

yes that is a must to prove it was delivered.

edit: sorry i got mixed up on two threads if your not contesting the feedback as a negative you wouldn't need to.

The buyer's account that was used to leave the feedback cannot be found or has been disabled.
