I've noticed a lot of 360 arcade games are listed. How on earth do you trade them? They are direct downloads
Some of the 360 games have codes that allow you to download them.

too bad there isn't a way to search for this information
How do you go about trading them then? If there IS a code, do you just email it to them? and then what about the fact that they'd still be on my xbox? I dont get it....
Some games come with a code (like the ones you can purchase at a store (Uno, Ultimate MK 3, Texas Hold 'em, etc), others might come from a special promotion (Pre-order and get a code Fable II and their Pub game, Pre-order Banjo-Kazooie Nuts and Bolts and get the original Banjo-Kazooie, etc) or might come in a special package (Live Vision Camera comes with Uno code).
You get the code and you input it in your system and you download it as normal. These codes are one use only. Yes you could e-mail it to the person or mail it to them (you can always send a private message to see their preference). They would not be on your Xbox because if they were those codes would not work and you would be doing a bad trade.
So if you don't have a code then don't worry about it. This code is not like the Konami code or any other famous cheat code that you just magically input on your xbox and you can give people free arcade games

codes MUST be unused
Makes sense. But then what about games like Castle Crashers and other ones like that. They are listed on Goozex, but arent purchased with codes...

I believe this is made possible because of the magical code fairy.
The company can provide codes of their games I beleive. Certain websites hold contests for XBLA games and I'm sure the prize is a code for the game itself and not just points. So it's not a common thing, but it is possible.
Does anyone know if Carcassone has a code available?
I've been first in line since like Feburary. It claims it has been traded once, but I'm not sure I beleive it.

That one trade could always have been a scammer tryin to act like he was trading with a game with not a lot of offers so it may not have a code.

I was second in line when it traded. And I was in line for several weeks or so before then. Good idea, but I don't think so. I did get matched with someone then they asked me how to take it off their system and get it on mine. So maybe it was an idiot that got matched with another idiot and they tried to trade it that way.

The law of averages makes this entirely possible
