I personally cannot recommend de Blob enough. It's phenominal, no matter what age group you're trying to please. Big Smile

Yes, I did a compatiblity and some of them came out as working but some did not... however, I think we've decided to just go ahead and get them the PS2 which is $$ and not that expensive.. I prefer them to have their own, as i would hate them damaging my PS3, xbox 360 or my Wii.... my daughter has already broken a Wii control when she was playing bowling.... even though she had the band around her hand, it still slipped off and hit the TV.. LOL

ummmmmmm, I think the younger forumer made a mistake typing that sentence and which, I totally understand what he/she meant, even though may have made a miss typed or did not re-read it back to himself before posting it.... yes, I'm the kid's mom and I have no problem playing childish games AT ALL. :) When I go out sometimes people can't believe I'm their mom... LOL nothing wrong with acting their age at times. ;)  Plus, we have two TV's next to each other which makes it easy for them to play a game and for me to play something too... however, I enjoy the puzzle games more then anything else.  I save the ones that are not suitable for kids (Godfather) till they are asleep at 8pm PST.  :)

Thanks

PS. the DE BLOB game looks great for kids... however, it's a Wii game and I just hate for my kids to keep accidently throwing the remote against our TV... LOL.. plus, having some issues with the Wii, as mentioned earlier.

well i can confidently say im now grown and i still break lots of things. i managed to break my 360 controller and wired headset at the same time with one throw the other night!

the controller still works and only real damage was at the gray part on the very bottom right it is seperated a bit.

I did a search for ps3 kids games but this is all I could come up with http://www.gokidsnj.com/nj-business-directory/information-1227/Top-Toys-of-2007-Top-10-Playstation-3-Games-for-Kids.html

Most of these would be good for kids, but in an older age range...possibly the Cars game would be suitable? but I am not sure but the Next-Gen consoles have been tending to focus on the older gaming age, but you could always try buying them a cheap n64 with plenty of great kids games.

Great stuffWink

If you cannot make the simple effort to spell out 'are' and 'you' ... I refuse to acknowledge that you are even asking a question.

And what do you keep on about us clicking your eggs?

I would suggest Cars for the PS3. My son really enjoys it.

For the PS2 you might try Monsters Inc or any of the other Disney games.

My son usually plays anything with cars in it.Especially Cars and Burnout Paradise which includes his favorite "big trucks" and bikes. The cool thing about these games is that they are open-ended.You race only when you want to,which is perfect for my 2 yr old.Not sure if Motorstorm 2 has local multiplayer, but he loves the teaser trailer. My daughter's favorites are the Sly series,Halo,Dog's Life,Destroy All Humans(kinda raunchy jokes, she didn't get it,just loved aliens) and just recently she's been obsessed with Okami.By the way,if anyone knows were to find an Okami Amaterasu or white wolf costume for a 12yr old please let me know. :)
