Hey guys,
Quick question about shipping I couldn't find in the FAQ's.
I shipped a game to someone using the address they gave me through DHL overnight (I ship all my games overnight because I get a discount at my work). Anyways, I copy and pasted the address over to DHL's shipping page and sent the package on it's way. Today though, it was returned to sender because of a bad address. What do you do in these situations. I don't want to have to spend another 5 bucks to ship this when I followed everything correctly.
I emailed help@goozex.com, but I'm still waiting on a response. Anyone know how these issues are handled though?
Thanks!
Send a pm to the buyer with the address you sent the game to. This way you verify it was the wrong address.
did they give you a slip or something saying it was a bad address? if you have proof i would contact goozex and tell them the situation then try to provide that proof to them somehow.
edit: also i would e-mail feedback@goozex.com because it gets responded to faster and im sure its apropriate.

Yeah, I have proof. I always include a tracking number from DHL for the receiver to check. It explicitly states that there was a problem with the address (which matches what I was given) and then returned to me. I'll email them I guess.
Also,
This was the person's first trade ever so it's very possible that they entered the address wrong. They have 0 in and 0 out.
Yea goozex should deffinitely be able to help you out on this one just give them a few days and they are very helpful in all situations.
As stated contact both the G-team and the user - check the address with the user and how to proceed with the G-team. You shouldn't have to pay shipping twice because the user can't enter an address.
