I recently mailed a game to a user. I had bought the game a couple weeks ago, so it was in perfect condition when I sent it. A couple days later, I received negative feedback, with the buyer claiming the disc was unplayable and scratched. The thing is though, he had bought 5 copies of this game earlier. He said he can show pictures of the game to goozex, but couldn't he just have taken a picture of a scratched copy of his other 5 games?

I'm just wondering, what should I do?

Send an email to feedback@goozex.com   The buyer will have to send the game in for testing.  Does the disk in the refresh version look different from the other versions of the game?  I saw the user got 2 regular Gears of War.  The PC edition, and thelimited edition.

You will most definatly want to get Goozex involved in this. The other user might just be looking to get a free game or some such. The Goozex team has yet to let me down. Good luck and let us know how it turns out for you!

Just to update you guys: Unfortunately, Goozex isn't responding to any of my messages, nor is the guy I sent the game to. I'm guessing I pretty much lost this. Hopefully I don't get matched up with a scammer again.

I'd email them again and include the details of the trade.  Be sure to include any PMs that you've exchanged with the buyer.
