Your trade points, do you use a trade point when you send games and receive or is it only when your receive?

Also

If you traded a game for 800 and now its woth 700 does that mean it takes away 100 points?

Example: points traded: 700 (points now: 600)

you only use a trade point when you want to receive a game

and

no you won't lose points that way

When you send a game out, you earn Goozex points.

When you receive a game, you spend Goozex points and 1 trade credit.
