I recently got two trades. I didn't ship them out right away due to a few problems (illness). I told them the games should get there soon but they left negative feedback. So are they just going to get a free game? one game was worth 650 and the other 100. What should I do? (P.S. the games should get there by the 8th of october
when were they supposed to get shipped out?
did you use delivery confirmation when you did send them? if you did then when they arrive, you can ask Goozex to reverse the feedback. if you didn't use DC, then you are pretty much out of luck and have to hope the buyers tell goozex to reverse the feedback.
It looks like the buyers were able to leave "game not received" feedback in both cases, so you must have been at least 2 weeks late for that option to be available. I think at that point you would have been better off just taking the negatives and relisting the games - the buyers are under no obligation to let the trades default to a positive based on your assurances that the games had been sent.
I would kindly PM them and ask they mark them received. Most people are good enough to do that.
