Okay, so I have been waiting for a game for 12 days.  On day 10, I PMed the user to ask when he sent the game.  Here is the conversation:

When did you send the game and doyou have a delivery confirmation number for the shipment? I am just curious because it has been 10 days since you said you shipped the game.
 
So, as you can see, he doesn't have any intention to send the game.  I assume the points are gone and this is a scam.  
 
Any advice?

Please remove the other user's name from the OP.

He stills has 10 days left to get the game to you. If you do not have the game by the 21st day of trade, you can leave a negative and your points will be restored to you.

First, you need to remove the other users name. Secondly, it seems he is a very dishonest person. Maybe he wanted a little extra time to finsh the game, and it legitimately broke. Regardless, just wait the standard 21 day period and report that you did not receive the game. If the game truly broke, it's his responsibility to contact Goozex, not yours.

I would go ahead and leave negative on day 20. You will get emails warning you how many days you have left. The seller sounds like a douche.

Thanks for the advice, I know about the time limit with games not sent, but in this case, the seller has already stated he has no intention of sending the game.  There should be some kind of action taken against the seller because he lied and said he is not sending the game.  As for the excuse that the game broke, I highly doubt that is truthful.  He clicked the confirm shipping on Sept. 23.  Why would he click that if he is still playing the game or did he just want it to seem like he sent the game.

Either way, it seems like there is more and more scammers getting on Goozex.  Really don't like that my points are being held hostage.  Really not cool.

Forward all communications to Goozex.  Leave a "negatif thing" if you haven't received the game by day 20.  I'm kind of suprised that the seller didn't just cancel the trade to avoid a negative, if they have no intention of sending it out.  What is their feedback like?  New user or regular trader?

New user with 2 sent games.  They were supposed to send out a bunch of games right around the time of our trade.  I assume the other users didn't get their games either.

I say leave the neg as soon as you can; don't wait until day 20. You have a PM specifically stating he is not going to send you the game.

Right now there's a good chance he's still waiting on some matches with these points--don't let him hang on to them.

I'm agreeing with kevlar. Leave the negative feedback to take away the points and if he wants to dispute it, let him. You have proof in your PMs.

I'll second that.  Leave negative feedback as soon as you can.  I believe you can do this after 16 days.  He's already told you that its not coming so there no need to wait 20.

Yes, but make sure you leave the *correct* negative - the proper one is 'did not recieve', which as stated becomes available after 16 days.  Others let you leave feedback earlier, but if you are not truthful in your feedback that wouldn't go well in a dispute.

I have a couple more days before I can leave the "game not received" negative which I totally plan to do.  My concern is that there are two or three other folks expecting games from this person and they are probably in the same boat as I am.  There should be a way to deal with folks like this earlier (because he has already stated that he does not intend to send the game).

I would drop a message with a descriptive title like "I am concerned that 'USER X' might be a bad trader" to feedback@goozex.com.  You can reference your PM history.
