i've had points pending for sending positive feedback since august 30. i have emailed goozex like 2-3 times with no response.
how long do points usually stay pending
Are you waiting to receive points for a game you sent out? Trades should be closed with a positive if there's no feedback after 21 days, so if it has been since August it should already have been closed by the system.
You might want to go to the "My Account" section and look at the "Account History" to get more detailed information about pending transactions.

Im going to assume that you're referring to the 100 points for first positive trade; you only get those when YOU send out a game and receive positive feedback, not when you receive a game
^ oh i guess i read wrong but the way it says wen you join it say that after you give positive feedback you get 200pt and in my account it says 200pts and 2trade creditss pending.has that ever happened to anyone else. they have 200pts and 2tc pending for 1.5 months

Nope. It clearly states that YOU must RECEIVE positive feedback before you are given a bonus.
