when i got my free 100 points i picked a game and i hit disc and manual when it had a full package i see now that i was matched but they havent responded yet is there anyway that i could change to a full package?

nope, aside from cancelling the rade after it is accepted, but that could very well still be a full package

also, games ou receive in disc + manual are usually in just as good condition as full package so unless your a realy stickler about needing the game box its not a very big deal anyway.
