We are working your complex issues into our customer service schedule.  A few things complicate the situation right now -- mostly due to the timing of the trades.  The last email we have on record from you is back in January and there was resolution to them.  We are aware of the recent emails you sent to us and will respond only via email to you with our solutions and recommendations.  With that in mind, I'm locking this thread to avoid confusion for our team.

When is this going to get taken care of? I have sent 5 email in the last month plus these forum posts. I did what was asked Pmed you and NINJA J yet no response. There are simple things you guys could do to get the ball rolling.

Like reversing the neg that for the game 1701 AD (PC) the trader clearly received and the Time Crisis 4 issue.

HAVE NOT RECEIVED 1 email back from you guys addressing any of the concerns in my emails since the End of July/Early August or even stating that anything would be done. You guys keep telling to email in and it will be "looked" / taken care of, but it is a joke and nothing gets done. I dont want to even post on this forum but that seems to be the only thing I can communicate with you guys.

 

I typed out a response to txa1265 that got deleted cause you locked my only thread.

I basically said that I wasnt expecting anything extra or special I just want what I rightfully deserve and was agreed upon. I was asking for basic things that I rightfully derserve. I lost points and trade credits I do not deserve to lose. The reimbursement of points and shipping costs which was agreed upon. Yet to this day has not happened.

 

I have been more that patient with Goozex, it has been more than a month since I began retrading actively again. I sent an email in late july/ early august and have resent send the very same email a few times after also.

 

tax1265 do you work for Goozex? You lean towards too much on Goozex's side and come off on in your replys to me as if they are doing everything right. When the majority of the blame is on them for the issues between them and I.

I can post every email I have in my gmail account going back and forth.

You think I have been impatient, you have no clue how patient I have been and how long I have been waiting.

okay dude calm down, if you read the posts you made and by the goozex team you would know that it is a huge mess, they are not going to solve it piece by piece but rather all at once, they will no doubt have to go through a lot of old records on in their systems to find the e-mails between you and the people your trades were involved in plus the trades and probably other records, this is a small team of guys not a huge coorporation and your not the only one with problems plus they have to do other stuff for the site like manage promotions, deal with other peoples problems, updates, new features, advertising, and their own lifes and more. personally they need to do an investigation, they cannot just take someone's word for something because there is scammers and e-mails between people are not that hard to forge or re-create.

your account got screwed up and messed with other peoples of at least over 3 months at what you said before, well you give them a month and expect everything to be perfect especially when you were returning games to goozex for no reason not the seller who should get it back if you wanna neg on the deal.

this is user to user through an implemented system so you can't neccessarily blame goozex for your problems.

I am a moderator here, and while I do not think that the G-Team is always correct or always manages the timeliness they would like, I believe that in general they really try to do the right thing by their members.

A couple of things:

- All of these massive forum posts are not 'official communication'.

- It has been <18 hours since Mark put that post up and locked the thread.  Yet you needed to do another rant - he locked it because he said the issues were complex and they were looking into them.

- He said your account is a mess due to the old issues, so you have to deal with the fact that your new issues will alsop take longer because you screwed up your account, so any new issues will be impacted.

I've emailed them 3 seperate times about 1 (should be simple) issue starting back on June 10th with absolutely no replies... so I think this goes past a timeline that anyone would like.  Love the site but a team making no attempt to contact back is absolutely absurd no matter how small an issue.

what e-mail address did you send it to? help@goozex.com takes longer than feedback@goozex.com so you might wanna check that out because they check the feedback account more than the help one.

still no answer to this day. Would be nice if you guys did at least 1 thing out of the many I have listed. It is really discouraging and frustrating.

I asked to be unmatched with the guy (B_ _ _ _ w) sending me PS2 DBZ 3 Collectors Ed., I am still matched. You guys should ban his account, he is being a douche tying up people's points & trade credit.

I dont know why he still logs into accept trades if he is not sending.

The G-Team was recently away at PAX and had to put some of their duties on hold and I don't believe they work on the weekend.So please continue to be patient. Please keep in mind that they are just 3 guys sorting through a mountain of emails everyday.

Forgive me for piggybacking on your thread but the same sort of thing is going on with me. This site is a mess. I have reached the point now of giving up on Goozex altogether and demanding a refund. But  considering they have answered none of my emails (not even automated responses any longer) I suppose I've just been robbed. Three deadbeat traders in a row. I've lost money. I've lost a game and I've lost any respect or trust I had in Goozex. I give up. I give in. I quit. Broken Heart

Exactly, thats when you start pulling in the more trusted members of the community that are willing to help out.  Bring in 5-7 members, get a ticketing system in place (if there's not already) and let them have at it.  With a site like this I'm sure there's a few members out there that are willing to donate a little time or you could pay in points if need be

First of all, why blame Goozex?  Anyhow, which email address are you mailing your complaints/inquiries to?  Email feedback at goozex dot com in regards to your situation, or elaborate in a new thread and we, the community, can either explain the situation or help you.

Progress is being made, but everything is not complete.

Thanks for the support, I was beginning to doubt the Great G-Team.

 

 

They do make progress just YMMV on the time.
